Which is strange since it clearly shows up in unraid with the correct identification. I should note, I have the corsair link plugged into a usb header that is split because I don’t have enough usb headers for the corsair link so I had to get a splitter. Could that have something to do with it?

September 16, 2025Sep 16 I have figured out getting the AX1600i working :) I will share the patch once I pack it. The look is whatever is native to unraid, mine is custom so yours will look like your other widgets. Fan speed will say passive when not spinning or change to a % value if spinning. The rest is self explanatory.Still playing with the layout and any extra info I want to show. Maybe I can make this customizable.....🤙

Its says 115V but I got 230V. 12V does not work?Any idea? That is weird.. The plugin hasn't changed in a long time.. Can you maybe tell if this happened after a specific action?22 hours ago, Android_18 said:I cannot get this plugin to show my PSU, I am using Corsair 1200HXi. Should be working in the next release.Edit: I released a new version, give it a try. It's a USB-C version, right?

I have been super busy in the past. Thank you for your work on that.Do I understand you correctly, you want to create a seperate plugin or do you want to integrate into this existing one?

Thank you so much for looking into this so quickly!

I am happy to share with you and you can update it if you're cool with what I've done. I dont want to replace your app, I'm keen to contribute to what is already an awesome project for which I am grateful for 🤙 unraid is awesome and the people who have made all these cool apps and shared with everyone for free are awesome too. Yeah that's you!! 😎 (apologies for duplicate post I have no idea what happened there!)

Most of this plugin was done by the original maintainer..I am thinking about a third possible selection in the dropdown menu specific for ax1600i.
September 17, 2025Sep 17 I think I'm happy with the layout now. Any input would be appreciated, I considered adding a toggle to switch between basic and advanced view (aka nerd mode which could include trend graphs etc)12 hours ago, Bngoold said:If anyone is interested I've figured out AX1600i support. September 22, 2025Sep 22 Hi everyone,I’m using the Corsair PSU plugin at http://<ip>/plugins/corsairpsu/status.php for my Home Assistant setup.Currently, when a device is connected, the plugin returns HTML with a <pre> tag containing valid JSON, for example:{ "temp1": "33.2", "temp2": "27.2", "fan_rpm": "0.0", "watts": "60.0", "vendor": "CORSAIR", "product": "HX1200i" }However, when no compatible device is connected, the plugin returns HTML with just:<body>["No compatible devices found.\n"]</body>This makes it difficult to integrate cleanly with Home Assistant’s rest sensor, because it expects valid JSON. Right now I have to fall back to a command_line sensor with grep/sed/jq to handle this case.Would it be possible for the plugin to also return JSON when no device is found? For example, something like:{ "watts": 0, "status": "No compatible devices found" }That way, the Home Assistant rest integration could be used directly without workarounds.Has anyone implemented this already, or is it something that could be added to the plugin? Thanks a lot in advance!

There are obviously different approaches being used. You do it this way.. I publish via mqtt and the original maintainer also uses another method.Technically, this plugin provides the necessary binaries to extract the info and display it on the dashboard. What happens, if someone else comes up with another different approach? Not sure rn...

October 19, 2025Oct 19 Currently having an issue getting the AX1500i to work.I am new to this, so I am probably doing something obviously wrong or just too noob at Linux.

October 28, 2025Oct 28 Negative, it is not a USB-C style connection. The power supply is fairly old by a few years. It is a AXi variant, not a HXi. Again, I am probably just doing something wrong. This is the one I have installed: https://www.corsair.com/us/en/p/psu/cp-9020057-na/ax1500i-digital-atx-power-supply-1500-watt-fully-modular-psu-cp-9020057-na?srsltid=AfmBOorbCIdJea5yegHPrYlivqc-DWxtoiI7JtFdf4fG_FCduJKC0CZe Edited October 28, 2025Oct 28 by nakutra

November 10, 2025Nov 10 Hello everyone!Apologies for the delay. Since my post I have been learning how to actually make a patch. I am not a coder however I have extensive AI prompt engineering experience so I essentially vibe coded to get it working at first, however, I now understand, I was making updates that were not persistent. So before releasing something into the wild not truly understanding what I've done, I've learnt and made a simple patch with backup and uninstall features built in.Note: This will need to be reinstalled if there are any updates as I have not built an update detection mechanism and thought trying to do so would way overcomplicate things.@giganode - If you want to please feel free to cut this up and use as you see fit for a future update. I've enjoyed this project hopefully it helps someone else.Note: I posted this 7 hours ago and then in testing noted a persistence issue so to avoid confusion I deleted that post. I made some corrections and have tested. Appears to be working well. Feedback welcomed. I've tried to document everything, my reasoning behind each decision too. Does this work for you? What could I improve? Is my documentation ok? I was as thorough as I could be to the limits of my understanding. I love learning so please if I could have done anything better let me know. Thank you!! ax1600i-patch-v1.1.tar.gz

This way I can verify there is no unwanted code before adding it officially to the plugin. The zip I shared contains all the source code I modified. The actual binary (ax1600i) is from Jon0's public repo:https://github.com/Jon0/ax1600iI compiled it from source - you can verify it matches by building from that repo yourself. My modifications are just the PHP files, page files, and shell scripts, which are all in the zip in plain text.If you'd prefer a Git repo, I can mirror it to GitHub. Just let me know!
