  1. Will other drives show up if attached to the pie card?
  2. You get far better performance from docker containers if the appdata and system shares are on a pool. of course this does assume that you have space there to hold the contents of these shares. It tends to be media files that you want to start on the cache snd end up on the array.
  3. Not sure what CPU that has - it would need to be an Intel compatible one. In addition you would need at least 4GB of RAM and it appears that model only has 512MB
  4. Note that it is only the current tab/window that is locked out until the action completes. You will still be able to access the GUI in another tab/window while in this state.
  5. Leaving a gap is not a problem. If you want to close the gap then it would involve rebuilding parity to match the new drive assignments which you say you do not want. FYI: If you only had parity1 then this could have been done without a parity rebuild as parity1 does not use disk number as part of its parity calculations whereas parity2 does.
  6. Have you tried simply deleting the ssh key file off the flash drive and rebooting?
  7. Your diagnostics show that you only have disk4 and disk10 in the include list for your _Music share, but that there are also files on disk5, disk6 and cache for that share. You also have it set to only have Primary storage as the array so mover ignores it for moving files from cache to array. Unraid never moves files between array drives so if you want the files to be moved off disk5 and disk6 you need to do this manually. You appdata and system shares are set to Mover Direction to be cache->Array which means you want files moved to the array. It is more normal to have it set to be array->cache to maximise performance for these shares. The domains share is similar. Quite a few of your other shares seem to have files on drives that are not on the include list for that share. Whether any of this relates to your problem I am not sure but it will not hurt to get everything consistent and tidied up.
  8. I guess it could be that. Probably means there is no practical way to avoid that if that is the cause as I would think the phrase going through the translation system is important. Interesting how much aggravation is being caused by what is just meant to be a helpful message to help end users, and is not at all critical to my plugin's functionality is causing
  9. These should be a single zip file (which makes it easier to navigate when troubleshooting) rather than all the separate files you posted. Maybe you have your browser set to automatically open zip files to show its contents?
  10. I DID use markdown 😊. That allowed me to bolden part of the notification when displayed via the web GUI. It is obviously not being passed through transparently to the other notification agents. I can remove it but it is a shame that I need to 😒
  11. As far as I know the only time it switches away from Next is when a beta/rc is superseded by a stable (thus more recent) release.
  12. The diagnostics show that writes are happening to disk3 and disk4 which will drastically slow down the parity check.
  13. If read check is error free then you could simply rebuild parity onto the same drives using the process documented here in the online documentation accessible via the ‘Manual’ link at the bottom of the GUI or the DOCS link at the top of each forum page. Another possibility would be to use Tools->New Config with the Preserve All option. When you return to the Main tab you could then tick the Parity is Valid checkbox to start the array without immediately rebuilding parity. However since you have been having problems it is quite possible parity is not completely valid so you would need to then run a correcting parity check to ensure it is valid for the current data drives.
  14. No idea I am afraid unless it was something like a power issue. You could enable the syslog server (probably with the option to Mirror to Flash set) to get a syslog that survives a reboot so we can see what leads up to a crash. If using the mirror option the syslog file is stored in the 'logs' folder on the flash drive.
  15. I would suggest running an extended SMART test and only consider continuing to use the drive if that completes error free. If it is not unusual for the short test to work but the extended one to fail.
  16. If you had contacted support they could probably have helped you to get going without purchasing a new licence Might still be worth doing to get your previous licence working again so you have a spare/backup if needed. If DHCP is not working that implies there might be some sort of issue at the networking level. You should post your system's diagnostics zip file in your next post in this thread to get more informed feedback. It is always a good idea to post this if your question might involve us seeing how you have things set up or to look at recent logs.
  17. |Perhaps you have filled up your docker.img file used to hold docker binaries? If you provide your system's diagnostics zip file we could probably confirm if this is the case. It is always a good idea to provide this when asking questions as that may allow us to see how you have things configured, and also to see recent logs.
  18. If you use a custom network then the port that is built into the container is the one that is used (i.e. no port mapping at the docker level).
  19. The other fields you mention will normally only appear once the share has been created. The screen shot for the Share looks a bit strange: There is no share name there is no value for the included disks (it normally defaults to All) the included disk and excluded disks fields appear more than once. the mover action field prompt appears twice. What browser are you using in case the issue is elated to that? Have you tried a different browser or even just clearing the cache on your current browser. You may get better feedback if you include your system's diagnostics zip file in your next post.
  20. According to your diagnostics that message is correct You do not have the Docker service enabled under Settings. Was this expected? I would, however, only expect that message if you were trying to go to the Apps tab without Docker running.
  21. You are likely to get better informed feedback if you attach your system’s diagnostics zip file to your next post in this thread.
  22. Booting into the console is the default. If you want the GUI then you need to select the GUI option from the Unraid boot menu.
  23. Not offhand. Having said that I am not sure what happens if you set a pool to not have ANY User Shares on it (i.e. Enable user share assignment: No) for the pool in question.
