You can do port translation on your router. The external port is 53 (to which your client is talking), the internal port is "default" 51820 (used by WG).

The plex container has "exposed" ports configured and these are shown when the host network is selected. If the container does not have port mappings defined in its XML, it will not work in bridge mode, unless these port mappings are added manually.

Because host mode doesn't know port mapppings.
