[Support] binhex - bitmagnet
Is it possible to manually download the torrent file from bitmagnet?

Don’t have an answer for you but you might have a better chance for one posting on the qbittorrent forum. Better place for info regarding the app itself.qbittorrent forum

Well then I was correct, I was definitely wrong. 🙃 Sorry

I may be wrong but I don’t think you can configure the same port (8555) as udp and tcp.

I'm seeing a few warnings in the log- 2024-09-23 21:26:28,201 DEBG 'start' stdout output: WARN dht_crawler dhtcrawler/bootstrap.go:20 failed to resolve bootstrap node address: lookup dht.anacrolix.link on 1.1.1.1:53: no such host 2024-09-23 21:26:48,336 DEBG 'start' stdout output: WARN dht_crawler dhtcrawler/bootstrap.go:20 failed to resolve bootstrap node address: lookup router.bittorrent.cloud on 1.1.1.1:53: no such host Are these expected? The docker is working, just bothered by the warnings. supervisord.log

Added the variable VPN_OUTPUT_PORTS with the proper values and it’s working thanks to @binhex and @JonathanM for the help.👍👍👍

This is probably the problem.

If I test the Prowlarr indexers in radarr/sonarr the tests pass but Prowlarr is showing all apps unavailable. Doesn’t look like the sync function is working either.

So this config will still work (with appropriate port numbers of course) for Sonarr/Radarr connected to local bridge network and Prowlarr/Jacket connected to VPN?
-
Starting with just one Drive possible?
Also remember that if you plan to eventually have parity protection the parity drive must be at least as large as the largest data drive so figure out which drive that will be and install it last after all the data has been transferred. This will also speed up the transfer.

So using qbittorrentvpn for the von network I can just add bitmagnet, Jackett, Prowlarr and flaresolver and leave Sonarr and Radarr with there current configuration connected to Privoxy? And this won’t effect there ability to connect to Jackett and Prowlarr? FYI: I think they currently use localhost to connect to Privoxy.

Also, is there anyway to only allow specified languages in the config file (or otherwise I guess)? I'm not seeing anything obvious but haven't checked all the docs.

[Support] binhex - bitmagnet
Update: It just started working. Maybe I just needed to wait a few more minutes. Still unable to add it to Prowlarr though. Does Prowlarr also need to be running through the same VPN for this to work? Currently it's using Privoxy IIRC. Or maybe I'm just doing it wrong.😁

I added that variable and changed WEB_UI to localhost:3333 as dictated in the FAQ but still no dice. Also attaching supervisord.log since I'm seeing errors there. qbittorrentvpn- bitmagnet config- supervisord.log

I don’t have that variable in my qbittorrentvpn docker template. Can you post a screenshot so I can add it?

[Support] binhex - bitmagnet
I've setup something wrong with the network routing of this docker through qbittorrentvpn I guess since I can't connect to the webui. I followed spaceinvaderone's video. bitmagnet settings- qbittorrentvpn settings- Qbittorrentvpn is running but I just get failed to connect when I try the 3333 port. Also can't add it to Prowlarr.

Thanks. Spinning HDs isn’t a problem but the queue, not sure. Might try it though.

Yeah, saw that. Guess the size will just continue to increase the longer the container runs with a faster or slower rate depending on exclusions. Maybe a better question would be can the db be moved if it gets too big or are there any reasons not to just start it on a parity protected array?
-
[Support] binhex - bitmagnet
Can anyone give me an idea of what the expected size of the db will be? I’ve got a fair amount of space available on my cache but if the db is going to grow past 100GB or so I may just setup a share on my array.

No idea how to do this. Is there a how-to? Edit: Nevermind. It’s just been a long time since I had to do this. Forgot all about it. 😆

I finally got a few minutes to install this but I’m confused about the configuration. From the docs it looks like there should be a config.yml file but I don’t see one in appdata. Do I need to create one? Also not sure how/where to configure this docker to use privoxy on my qbittorrentvpn docker. There don’t appear to be any settings in the docker’s webui.

Could you explain exactly what you entered for this? Was it actually “localhost” or an IP?
