Basically, you have to erase the existing partition before it will let you repartition during onboarding.

Your system share has files on disk1, might be a good idea to fix that before rebuilding. You will have to disable Docker in Settings before you can work with that share.

Your pool (named "pool") doesn't exist, and appdata is configured to only use that pool. Also, "pool" might not be a good name for a pool. Your system share is on the array, better if it were on a pool. USB not recommended for assigned disks for many reasons.

That suggests something is writing into the OS space. When that happens, what do you get from command line with this? df -h /

Set time on battery before shutdown to 300 seconds or even less. The purpose of UPS isn't to allow you to continue to run on batteries during power outage. The purpose of UPS is to allow you to shutdown cleanly if power will be out indefinitely.

Which jellyfin container are you using? A better place for your questions could probably be found by clicking the jellyfin icon in your Unraid webUI and selecting Support.

You shouldn't be doing anything else except memtest. Each moment you run your server with suspect RAM you may be corrupting things. You must never attempt to run any computer unless memory is working perfectly. Everything goes through RAM. The OS and other executable code, your DATA! EVERYTHING! The CPU can't do anything with anything until it is loaded into RAM.

If there is a PC on their network that has access to your server, you might get them to install Tailscale on it and RDP to use that PC to access to your Unraid server so you can work on it.
