  1. How can I go about setting up the Mullvad VPN exit node on the Unraid server? I was able to set it up successfully in my other devices, but don't see an option in the plugin interface for this. Secondly, I want to pass all docker external traffic through this mullvad exit node, including torrent! this way I can ditch deluge-vpn and use another vpn docker app.
  2. How's delugevpn running these days? I had switched to binhex qbitorrentvpn after having issues with the webui crashing on me too often when not being able to handle too many torrents in the queue, and not picking all my magnets. I last used it about a year ago. I don't really have a reason to switch, I'm mainly curious what the webui looks like now Sent from my SM-G955U using Tapatalk
  3. wow, insanely fast response, thanks! I'm not using blackhole for nzb just nzbget so I will ignore the /data path then.*
  4. is the /data path supposed to be my downloads directory for nzbs?
  5. will we ever get in-place encryption for pre-existing xfs disks? Like, without having to go through spaceinvader's steps to do so.
  6. What I like most is the community. I use the subreddit and forums and my questions always get answered. Shout out to spaceinvaderone! Best tutorial videos 😎
  7. lately I've been having this issue wher plex isn't scanning my new shows/movies unless i manually go and select "scan library files". I do and always have had ticked "scan periodically" and "scan automatically". I even set the scan library interval to every 30 minutes but still doesn't populate unless I go and scan manually. This started a week or two ago
  8. Thanks! Good workaround. I'll get to it eventually... but with 24 disks in my array I prefer to be a little lazy lol
  9. is there any way to adjust the warning/critical temperature for unassigned devices? My SSD's can operate up to 70C and i'm getting too many warnings at 45C.
  10. I can't seem to get my mover to work... Am I doing something wrong with the settings? I set it to 40% but after 200/500GB are utilized nothing happens on its own. It will just keep going to the brink of capacity on the SSD and dockers will just stop running if they're on the cache. EDIT: just saw on the previous page to set it to hourly and it will basically check to see if the threshold is reached *per hour* Will try that out now UPDATE: Next hour has started and still nothing, mover is not triggered at all. My cache is nearing 70% full, and my threshold is 40%... Mover only starts up again after I remove the plugin and keep the mover on hourly.
  11. Is there any way to disable that message? I'm getting it too. EDIT: found it. Last question, how to configure the proxy settings? I use privoxy from PIA on the binhex-delugevpn docker container. should i do [IP ADDRESS]:[PORT] ? all in one line? I didn't see a port option like in binhex-sonarr.
  12. I'm having the same issue as carlos and a few others just with the last update or two. large files fail to play, not sure what to do. i hadn't messed with any settings. btw, these same files worked just fine before.. Update: I've narrowed down my issue to only be affected by files with EAC3 audio.. everything else such as DTS plays just fine. Can someone else replicate this issue? Any solution? Final Update: https://forums.plex.tv/discussion/288630/any-video-with-eac3-audio-fails-to-play This was the solution for me.
  13. Since the new update, I keep getting this every time I try to open plex web. Even though I had already set it up over again one time. Also, I can't access the server tab in devices. Says "unavailable" EDIT: Looks like going "back" on my browser takes me back to my server. Still annoying, why's this happening?
  14. I recently got plex pass. Is there any difference between this docker and a plexpass version?
  15. Thanks for the input, i really don't know much about how it all works. Since I'm on the US east coast, I just assumed speeds would be better with a US East endpoint. I haven't really noticed better speeds as of yet, but that could be the torrents themselves. Is there a specific endpoint you'd recommend over the others? Currently on the netherlands one. Also if this is the better route to go through, I will take your word on it. You clearly know what you're doing, and I would be lost without your binhex dockers. Edit: Also, what do you mean problems for the swarm? I'm just curious. I've only changed the endpoint to NL, are there any other changes I need to make to ensure this works as intended?
  16. so why is it that we have to use the port-forwarding supported locations now? I really know nothing about this, just followed the advice on this thread to get it working again (changing to TO-Canada). Does this mean we won't be able to use US endpoints on delugevpn again?
  17. Got it, thanks. Looking forward to the post update. How do I make the change stick? If it requires command-line I'd appreciate a little most detail because I'm very new to this. Edit: I see the post has been updated, it says to find the appropriate procedure through the FAQ (links to main section). Would you mind helping me locate exactly which procedure that would be? Sorry for being a bother with this
  18. Maybe I'm looking in the wrong place or misinterpreting, but this is the first sentence I see on the FAQ for cache pools:
  19. Well yes, but the 'Yes (Hidden)' choice in UD refers to hidden with security while in user shares, the 'Yes (Hidden)' referred to the exporting (or availability) of the share alone, while security was handled below. It's okay though, thanks to to jonathanm's help I found an alternate solution. Thanks, it was foolish of me to not understand this basic functionality first. I've done this, in fact with all 3 of my SSD's now. However it seems like a big hassle to have to switch them over from RAID1 to single every time I reset the array, so I may end up just leaving it at RAID1. 360GB is great and all, but hey 180 is still better than 120 (in the raid1 option) with less of a hassle.
  20. But when I assign to the cache slot, doesn't it just parity itself with my original cache drive? Is there any way for the 2 cache drives to serve different purposes and have it as 120+120= 240 gb?
  21. So for about a week, I had a SSD that I use for my deluge downloads inside my array. Always wondering why it was so damn slow. After a bit of research I decided to use the Unassigned Devices plugin to mount my SSD outside the array. This seems to be the right way to do it. Almost everything is working properly now. I've routed my downloads to this device. The only feature I miss from the user shares built into unRAID that I can't seem to replicate on UD's smb share implementation is the option to export the share both public and hidden (without a password). To be honest, password protected would be fine too but I have no idea how to access the password protected share from Windows. Like, I know I can create a new user on unraid that has access to this share.. But where do I note that I want this protected share to be accessible by said user? To summarize, I want either: A) an unprotected but hidden network share through my Unassigned device or B) a protected SMB share on the UD but to know how to login to it and access through windows 10 The first pic is an example of the kind of functionality I'd like with choice A. The second pic is the options I'm given with Unassigned_Devices.
  22. I unfortunately don't have any basic command-line skills, and have always relied on a GUI in order to do what I need to do. Is there any basic tutorial for how to edit the configurations, or can someone point me in the right direction to learn how to utilize this docker properly? So far, I've been able to properly assign the input/output directories. It copies and renames the files over (with the most basic attributes, title only) but still keeps the original folder in the input directory.
  23. I noticed that since last night, sonarr has been failing to search (both automatic and manually) through rarbg indexer? is this a problem on their end most likely? It just keeps searching endlessly
  24. I'm extremely new to unraid, so please excuse my inability.. So far I've gotten it installed, put my privateinternetaccess files in the right directory, but I'm getting this error in the log: Options error: You must define TUN/TAP device (--dev) Use --help for more information. FYI I'm using the x64 plugin on the latest version of unraid (fresh install from last night)
