finally have this streaming a website.. but i hear no audio out of the onboard soundcard for unraid.. how you get it to work so audio comes out of unraid i dont want it streaming to a device

never heard of drivers for unraid except for temperature issues and the x570 boards.. what drivers where u get that and i have audio for windows VMs but nothing for audio for Dockers i googled it didnt find anything

has anyone ever gotten jukebox mode to work on unraid i did the docs and changed java line added --device /dev/snd but then it bricks airsonic to run... and the other 2 airsonic dockers in Community apps dont even install one fails and other always hangs to get the files.. but i wanted jukebox mode to work and to be able to stream live radio station and nothings ever worked on here i wanted something like raspberry pi and mpd client on my cell i can control.. anyone ever get jukebox mode to work.. and if not is there another docker that works

i curious what people have done to get audio to work on unraid.. i trying to make unraid a Jukebox style so docker would play music or a live audio stream go out the onboard soundcard.. now i have tried airsonic, and 1 of 3 airsonic dockers works the other 2 cant even install from Community apps... but i set to jukebox supposed to go out the Audio device of the Server.... doesnt work plays in the browser... i wnted something like MPD player/client i have a mpd player on a raspberry pi and i can turn it on and off through my cell phone.. is there no docker that does the same?? or do you have to go through a VM running windows and setup.. if anyone has done similar maybe you can share your trials and errors and what you got to work if you ever did also i used a USB soundcard and a VM to goto a website but thats a pain was hoping like a playlist through an app... so doesnt really have to be Onboard soundcard but could use the USB soundcard

im no expert id say just uninstall it.. delete the folder in the appdata as it will leave files then install the Krusdar not bin-krusader but the djaydev and then set puid to 0 and pgid to 0 then hopefully it work for ya.. seemed to work for me

i figured the error... the error doesnt happen for Appdata just Flash and libvirt if the "Backup Of Files/Unraid/appdata" doesn't exist no error but will create "appdata" when it cabackup runs if the "Backup Of Files/Unraid/Flash" doesn't exist gives error.. so i have to manually make that "Flash" Folder if the "Backup Of Files/Unraid/libvirt" doesn't exists, gives error.. so i have to manually make that "libvirt" Folder maybe you can make it like Appdata... If usb destination folder doesnt exisit ... then create folder when cabackup is saved or ran same for libvirt just a suggestion... but made the folders manually and no errors given and maybe change that XML destination message to me that made no sense.. i couldnt find no XML destination or down by libvirt destination put in Brackets (XML Destination)

i trying to setup ca backup on another unraid machine.. but its giving me issues i have a share called "Backup Of Files" i duplicated what is on my other server but i get 2 errors and not sure whats wrong.. it be nice if there was more detailed info... to me makes not sense no help no "?" to say how to fix it like example.. so not sure whats wrong better explaination be good

ah ok so then you have to manually go in and delete all the references of the share.. since i set in shares Only Drive 6 for Music no other drives.. good to know 🙂 thanks

found a bug with the program not sure if its a bug or a setting its just happened to me of if it does i have 6 disks and had a music folder across them all.. and i used the unbalance to move all the music to 1 drive so all the drives arent spinning and parity to play music... but i noticed when i accessing the music files all the drives spun up.. and Fix Common issues didnt find an error. for the share Music i say Include Disk 6... but i noticed in krusader.. all the Drives still had "Music" folder so it spins up the drive so when its Moving the Files off all the Disks' it isn't deleting Folder Music on the other 5 data drives so i manually had to delete it.. not sure if there is a setting in unbalance to delete the folder or that its a linux thing when you move doesnt delete the folder.. but just noticed it.. not sure if i did something wrong in the settings etc

i still cant move files i even changed user id group ID to 0 and 0 when i try to move files off the Array to the Unnassigned drive i get Error Krusader Root Privileges' "there is not enought space on disk to write file:///unraid_shares/temp stuff is full so i not sure how you fix it even the other krusader would give me issue same error Array has 10TB free and the unassigned drive has 4TB free and and i trying to go from array to the unnasigned but i dont have the same issue if i using Windows Explorer what is krusader doing different or what i need to do to setup krusader to stop giving me privelege errors

ok thanks illl look that up like primus is too expensive and people say why dont i have cell internet.. cant afford 2 internet packages 1 or the other.. maybe if i could get internet for 45 bucks and not 90+ for dsl lol but sounds good ill teake a look and see if toast.net is in my area update.. toast.net only usa not canada.. but will keep looking and see if bell offer something etc

i still have unable to move files from a array to unassigned drive whats the difference between this krusader the the bin-krusader wish descriptions were more detailed with the same wording its a flip of a coin is the key 1 key 2 on the other krusader as same as user id and group id so change 100 to 0 and 99 to 0? i wish when there is 2 copies of the same program the description wouldnt be word for word

ah ok ya i not too sure how far i from a bell box.. but ya im with bell.. im grandfathered in for unlimited dsl they dont offer unlimited they onl offer 100gb for 79 bucks before taxes i did call bell resp and contacted the loyality program as we been with bell more then 40 yrs but guy was happy to disconnect to me as i said id go with techsavy and if they price match but he was happy to unhook me go figure lol but never did it yet i was going to wait... as when i called no promotions they cant do anything .. i remember talkging to bell and Nexicom last year about bonding but they couldnt do it.. as i watched a linus tech video he was doing bonding but another company aside from the ISP was doing the bonding not right in the modem.. in the end if i did something like that i be paying 2-300 bucks a month and for a home user it isnt worth it.. when i checked with bell they told me 6mbit i can get... nexicom said i can get 10megabit to my line and 10megabit upload yet bell says like 600kiliobyte upload and be nice if they didnt display it like thjat more like Megs per second more realistic understanding to a file size like a mp3 4 megs so 4 seconds but bell just raised there rates 10 bucks and no faster speed... could be also the law suit from techsavy.. but ill re look into the dual modem.. i just remember they didnt even do a deal so id have 2 modems 1 could be 5mbs send other be 5mbs receive... bt they told me they cant and id have to pay 2 seperate internet packages... and ya no cable out my way i was told if i wanted a cable to get to my house id have to pay 1.2 million for them to come out to me kinda seems excessive to lay a cable lol told them ill run it my self get it from home depot lol but thanks squid ill look into about bonding again

no i live in Rural out on a farm i use dsl 5 megabits download 500kiliobites upload and pay like 90+ bucks a month for it.. where as people in town get 10 times faster and pay less or so its madning and i dont even get 5megabites more like 3 on a good day in the 90s/ to mid 2000s i was using dial up i only had DSL for like 8 yrs or so as you couldn get high speed 28.8k modem connection i was getting and issues with phone lines too still have my 1200 baud modem i got in the 80s for my C64 computerlol

ah ok ya i see was hoping better break down like sections Running,Paused,Stopped with the dashboard how do you change it.. there is only option All Apps or All Started what i want is then on the dashboard under ALL APPS it sorts in alphabetical order ALL RUNNING then below it ALL the Rest so that way i can choose a stopped app or paused app and then when i start it would pop up in the running app section id like to see more break down just like a task manager you can sort by memory, name, etc more options be nice so then under dashboard ALL APPS <on> Running Apps (A-Z) or whatever order i want Stopped Apps (A-Z) or whatever order i want Paused Apps (A-Z) or whatever order i want or be able to put paused apps on top then running apps and then stopped apps or stoppped apps then paused apps then running apps ALL Running Apps <on) Running Apps <A to Z) or however

i have like 40 dockers and you gotta scroll to see whats running etc unless there is an option already like this it be nice to be able to have Running ----------------- Plex Airsonic Paused ------------ None Stopped --------------- 1 to 38 or so other dockers

yaa i dunno like the link works in web browser if you just past it in so it cant be the the link last year i wanted the jukebox option for sonic to output to the unraid's soundcard but never got a solution never presuded it more in here but i re trying the app since there been updates but i deleted the log file as it was long and restarted docker go figure it doesnt work anymore lol page cant be found gonna try to reboot the unraid.. but frustrating... as i really want a simple app like MPD i have on raspberry pi the link works for it and you can control it from the phone but havent found a docker for unraid to do the same as the MPD update i removed and reinstalled airsonic... page still cant be found so now its glitched and wont even run even after a reboot of unraid.. doesnt work on Chrome or MS Edge this happened after i deleted the log file... like frig sensitive programs

i can not get the internet streaming option to work .. i add "http://live.leanstream.co/CFMJAM" as the stream address and a name hit save and when i press play.. i get an error popping up top right.. where is the log file to record what the error is why its happening etc

so i have this installed but its not liking streaming website of a news station and i want to output to unraid's sound card but having issues getting it to work or find how you export to unraid sound card how you do that as i wanna control from cell phone but control the soundcard on unraid

oh ic the 2nd pic unraid is still stuck in please wait... its flashing i havent reset it.. so figured maybe an issue with ym unraid.. as they normal download but they never install properly from the CA and it also glitchs too when you do Previous installed apps when you check mark them not alll always install properly. and ok i guess i can do that ill just re boot unriad maybe it fixes it.. im in Ontario Canada live in the country where we have lousy internet compared to anyone that lives in town

@Squid not sure if matters i did update of CA and i saw app i wanted to try the pihole been a few hours and and the thing is still stuck on please wait.... this is common issue i find installing apps from what i mentioned about firefox being broken to apps disappearing if there is a crash from the docker or a a failed to save after a docker app edit update after making change it fails to save and boom its i guess an orphane or not but its gone.. i thought upgrading my motherboard from intel cpu to latest amd product a ryzen would fixed things but didnt maybe i have a conflict in my unraid that causes like in the pics its still stuck please wait... and why dockers crash and are gone or failed to save etc is there anything i can scan for that could be causing the issues

@Squid that jsdn syntax error didnt show you anything? and the 2 Log files didnt show you anything that happened? but the issues or the FireFox and installing the other apps ya still get either EOF error, failed to complete after it downloading alot.. i dont always have the best internet as i live in country so people that live in a town or city have better internet... but ok ill enable apps debugging so far hasnt come back as i did what you mentioned reboot modem router switchs.. havent done a reboot of unraid and i just doing the APPS update also just noticed the banner changes does APPS/community app detect my other unraid servers? like my backup server as i see this but ill update none the less and also change settings and maybe that error comes back will the debugging etc figure out the issues of not able to install apps like the EOF or failed to complete?

is the 1.1.1.1 .1.0.0.1 a good dns i have used it hopefully i did it right i attached a log i didnt close the tab they the logs from the 2 images errors tower-1600265401651.log 192.168.0.3-1600265492406.log

oh i didnt even know there a communuty apps forum just knew it was a addon to get the apps and apps have there own support page so since i didnt know i googled unraid support page statstics and got the dynamic... maybe a link that opens a new window on that line like Take a screen shot of this unknown Error Click Here to Post Results and maybe have a display of your error reporting for chrome so other people will know too aside i didnt use Chrome at the time i just loaded up Tower on Chrome and did your steps i could get user messages and shows 17 apps under that but thats as far as it goes i was using Microsoft Edge... the error hasnt come back but i found i left a page up that had a CA error this was under MS Edge.. i had 2 openings going i was trying to install Mopidy 5 or more times in a row to try it out it constantly Fails downloads couple hunderd meg works or doesnt but try to run it i get an error so i delete and retry.. sometimes i get the EOF in red line at the bottom.. i also found this with the one version of FireFox in the CA one works the other is broken if it runs when you get inside the Firefox you cant use it tells you the tabs crashed you need some app added.. When i do a restart of Firefox (restart option) it spins doesnt do nothing.. I refresh and when it freshes the App is actually gone.. you have to go back to CA and try to reinstall i noticed this for mopidy too... i have had issues when the Docker tells you. you used a beta and need to reinstall everything.. but never used the beta... it pops up every so often when i check it.. it will say it and thats using the current version of Unraid so when i do the Preveious installs and check box all the ones i had... sometimes it fails reinstalling some etc.. not sure and what are those 2 ip address? and this is the screen capture i just took i left the page open.. from MS Edge.. i dunno if Diaganostics will help i can upload it i havent rebooted unraid not sure if that screen shot will help.. what i guess i did is i loaded the apps got the first error.. tried again in a 2nd window got the 2nd error... and i scraped it and watched PLEX after posting the first screen shot not thinking of the 2nd.. as i was getting tired of the mopidy and firefox issues everytime you start firefox app you get the error i get.. makes this version of Firefox broken i guess jlesega version. The ich777 version seems to be working on for now.. oh and i didnt close MS Edge .. if it reports the errors you need i maybe able to get any logs for it if you need
