Solutions

  1. IaMs12's post in Pre-clear paused - server unresponsive was marked as the answer   
    Good to know for next time, and will stop the Array for pre-clearing.
     
    I went ahead and hit pre-clear again to redo it, but it found previous files and was able to start off where it left!
