  1. Hi.... Moved to 6.5.0 and now when running this app it tosses the below at me. I uninstalled and reinstalled and received the same error. Plugin Version: 2017.11.23 Fatal error: Uncaught Exception: [XML2Array] Error parsing the XML string. in /usr/local/emhttp/plugins/ca.cleanup.appdata/include/xmlHelpers.php:197 Stack trace: #0 /usr/local/emhttp/plugins/ca.cleanup.appdata/include/exec.php(43): XML2Array::createArray('\x00\x05\x16\x07\x00\x02\x00\x00Mac OS ...') #1 {main} thrown in /usr/local/emhttp/plugins/ca.cleanup.appdata/include/xmlHelpers.php on line 197
  2. Ah dang it! I just did the new SSL thing to provision and I no longer can get into the system. When I try to go to it it changes the URL to be... https://b7cc6a92faac5701717e5ea769f70ee9e0c6bce8.unraid.net/Main and I get a 503 error for NGINX.
  3. Ok, well I have now moved to 6.5.0 and have a question. One of the suggested things to do is to make an SSD cache drive XFS. So in looking to do this, I wanted to see how much data I needed to move to to gauge the apx time needed to do the change over. That is when I discovered that the drive readings shown are not correct. I have 120Gig SSD drive. It says on the MAIN tab that used is 16.8 GB. But I know that can't be right as the DOCKER image alone is 26.8 GB according to my MacBook. So the questions...Am I right and the info displayed is incorrect or does the docker image somehow not count as data used? (Which seems weird to me as I would think used space is used space for that file is that large.) So if the cache drive is off like that, how can the rest be trusted? As far as making this change...Am I correct... 1) Stop Dockers. 2) Copy files off. 3) Stop Arrary 4) Change the Cache Drive to XSF 5) Restart the array 6) Format Cache drive 7) Move files back - Restart Dockers. Thank You for the help in this upgrade.
  4. See what I mean. A lot that could be overlooked. Thanks for this, seems like it is quite the process, thus all the threads on it when 6.4 came out and went from there. Looks like there is work to do on my end. The good news I guess, I do not really have a lot going on like a lot of the users to.
  5. Hi... I have been reading and it seems that there can be so many different things to consider or watch for when going to version 6.3.5 to 6.4.0+. I am sorry to say I am really not clear on what will or will not work as it does done when done. Something like there is no more plug-in system or something that effect, and dockers can be an issue. So is there any thread or FAQ about upgrading and then warnings of what you need to know about what will or will not work or what you need to not have installed or whatever? I want to upgrade, but I am unsure if I will just break the system and find myself doing hours of work. Thanks for any guidance. David Current unRAID = 6.3.5 Plugin I run... 6. Thank you SO MUCH for this. I was clicking on ROOT and then DATA and I would see my directories but would not see anything in them. I came here to ask the same thing and happen to see your mention to look for /storage and the need to scroll down. I think maybe this should be added to the migration insructions. Even in the GitHub instructions. Sounds simple enough right...But totally missed it as I could see the ROOT and DATA and the directories but could not see in them, so I thought something was wrong. Totally missed/forgot that the path for this one was /storage and not /data.
  7. Hi All... UnRAID Ver 6.3.5 I know Time Machine backups have been talked about and talked about but I really have no idea why backing up to UnRaid is SO SLOW. I never really paid attention but now have as I needed to make a quick backup to be sure I was good before I did something my with my MacBook Pro. So... MacBook Pro is a late 2016 i7 connected wireless over AC. (Connected speed shows 1300 handshake.) UnRaid set up with Time Machine on a signal drive with 1TB of space. I have it set as GUEST just so I am sure it will find it each time because sometimes it can't seem to do so. Running a backup, looking at the network Activity Monitor (Apple program) I can only see to get as high a 8MBs and that is not for long. Avg is like 3MBs. So I pulled out an an old Airport Time Capsule and put that on the same network. (Hardwired it like UnRAID) Set my MacBook to connect and use that as a backup and still over WiFi I then can push 36MBs during the backup. If I do just a direct write of a large file to the UnRaid servers cache drive, I can get 65MBs on average and I have seen 81MB's. So why is it so slow backing up to a Time Machine volume on UnRaid? Thanks
  8. Please note...It seems that the docker template container name is not set to be emby-server, it is set to be EmbyServer. As such, the command in the referenced link is not correct. It should be... echo "0 2 * * * docker exec EmbyServer update" | sudo tee -a /var/spool/cron/crontabs/root I just reverified by pulling the template again and it was set for EmbyServer. (Unless I am totally missing something.)
  9. Thank you kindly. I would have thought that it would have auto updated within it's own settings. I have run that command to add it to CRON and have added it also to the Go file.
  10. But I would think the Auto Update built into Emby would also deal with it. It has been 12 days from the last release.
  11. Hi All... UnRaid - 6.3.1 I just moved to Emby and it is seems that the Docker file is downloading ver Version 3.2.0.0 and the current is 3.2.1. It says on the main server screen to shut down and upgrade manually. Why is the current version not in the repository? (emby/embyserver) I also thought auto update would have taken care of it over night. No? Even clicking on check for upgrades in UnRaid for the docker says it is current. So, how do I go about updating it? I usually do not have such an issue on the repository and/or auto updates. If I click on the message it just brings me to the Emby site for downloads and shows command lines. So I did what it said... docker run -it --rm -v /usr/local/bin:/target emby/embyserver instl ...but no idea what it actually did as it did not do an upgrade. (Do I now need to remove anything inside UnRaid?) So I then reinstalled the docker just in case.
  12. Don't forget the bad stories are susceptible to reporting bias. Far less likely to report that an update has been uneventful. So very true. (Not just here of course.) I am the founder of AVSForum (among other sites), thus I surely know how people are alway quick to complain about things...especially in the CE world. It is just so very scary when you have all this data and you are about to do a major version change. When you read though some of the issues...well...scary. Even the newly released version, being just a minor vs major, has 22 pages of replies already. Just reading the first few can give one pause. I will likely give it a try tomorrow as we live on the road full time (motor coach) and we are currently parked for the night. When we arrive in Fredericksburg TX tomorrow, we will be staying put for two weeks. So that would be a better time. (And yes, I shut down the server when we travel.) Wish me luck and thank you guys again. Oh know...Now I will have a new learning curve on the new platform. LOL
  13. I did finely find the CA Auto Update and it is only for 6.2 and above. As such, it was not installed nor can I install it. As far as upgrading UnRaid, I have read a lot of bad stories on the update not going well. But I will research again. Thank you kindly guys for your help here and for all you do for the UnRIAD community.
  14. Set up CA Auto Update to handle it all for you on a schedule. Hi...I am sorry, not sure what that is. Is that another Docker? Community applications plugin Oh, yea, I have that. Thanks Guys....Really. The issue is I seem to have the cur (rent version of Community Apps, 2017.01.29, however I do not have that option in the settings area. (As per where the manual says it should be.) Running UnRAID 6.1.9 so not sure if that may be the issue.
  15. Set up CA Auto Update to handle it all for you on a schedule. Hi...I am sorry, not sure what that is. Is that another Docker?
  16. Thanks...So do I needed to run reinstalls now and again? (LOL...So confusing to read Up-to-date and it is not.)
  17. Hi.... Just read your note as I was just running edits updates on both and now both are running. SAB is a new beta version it seems, 1.2.1 Beta. So it surly is not what I had before. MySQL is also running now. Not sure on the version but at least it is running. Side note...I thought that is why the system checked each time it started, meaning I thought it was looking for updates and this would not need to manually run a new install. Also did not think of such a things as the Docker Screen reports... up-to-date ...for everything. So again, thought I was good. Thanks.
  18. Hi... So, rebooted my server and having an issue with SAB loading and even MySQL. It seems either it can not get past this.... _ _ _ | |___| (_) ___ | / __| | |/ _ \ | \__ \ | | (_) | |_|___/ |_|\___/ |_| Brought to you by linuxserver.io ----------------------------------- GID/UID ----------------------------------- User uid: 99 User gid: 100 ----------------------------------- We are now refreshing packages from apt repositorys, this *may* take a while Yet no issue with Sonaar, CouchPotato, or CrashPlan loading up at all. Is there any way to get around having it check so it will start up? At this point I am dead in the water as Kodi uses MySQL. Thanks
  19. Thats good. The point being, to start at least current. Upgrade will come, but I surely did not want to start from an older version. Thanks for checking. Maybe someone needed to update the version info if it has not been done. Thanks again for your help.
  20. Doah! Thats not good of them. I have not installed yet. I wanted to install the current version if I was going to install.
  21. Hi All... Any word on the current version? Has the stable repo not been released yet so it can be updated? Thanks
  22. All nice and clean. I can even select a drive again to store to. (Not that I needed to change it, but realized I could not but now can.) All good it seems. THANKS!
  23. BTW....I am running 6.1.9 of UnRAID. So not sure if it is something with that and your code is looking for the newer version.
  24. Ok, here you go. One showing my sever is running with no issue and then the one of the plug-in. The attachment limit here is so bad. (320k) So here they are in my drop box. https://www.dropbox.com/s/3yxomh54vx0ncr4/screenshot_1392.png?dl=0 https://www.dropbox.com/s/tkig565168twl7a/screenshot_1393.png?dl=0
  25. Recently I replaced the Parity drive with a larger one and then replaced drive 5 with a larger drive. But that is it array wise.
