July 16, 20178 yr Author Enhanced: When going into the apps tab, the search text field will already have focus, so just start typing if you're doing a search. Enhanced: After installing / editing a docker application, pressing DONE will now return you back to the apps tab instead of a blank template (I always thought this would've needed a change to Dynamix to implement until @eschultz pointed out an easy way to do it) Changed Default for displayed results from 10 to 25 Added: Ability to install multiple applications (docker and/or plugin) from the previous apps section simultaneously without user input * * Should you ever have a need to reinstall multiple applications at the same time that are already configured, (changed cache drive and reconfigured your docker.img file?), then the Previous Apps section will allow you to select multiple applications (there's a check box next to the Icon on every application). Once one or more applications have been selected, you can press install Selected. After confirming, all the selected applications will be automatically installed using the values from the last installation of the applications (IE: everything on the template is automatically filled out for you), except that you won't be given the chance to change any of the values. (Because they are already correct). IE: If you delete your docker.img file for some reason, you can select all of your previously installed apps, hit one button, and a minute or two later your server is back running the way that your left it) Both plugins and docker applications can be installed like this, and docker applications will have the added bonus that they will also automatically be set to autostart. (I figure more often than not everyone sets their apps to autostart, and its easier to disable autostart on 1-2 apps than being forced to enable it on 10-12) Should you have a need to reinstall a previous application and change the template settings, then you can still hit the install icon which will take you to the edit template screen. You must be running 6.3.5+ for this feature to take effect. Edited July 16, 20178 yr by Squid
July 20, 20178 yr Author Various improvements to the Multiple Previous Apps installations Fixed: Clicking outside of the install button would attempt to install Fixed: Selected Apps would not stay selected following a view or page change Added: Ability to select apps from different pages and have them all install
July 31, 20178 yr Author Today's update is required. In and around the middle of August, all versions of CA prior to today's update will cease functioning due to a change in the URL for the application feed. Edited July 31, 20178 yr by Squid

August 18, 20178 yr Hey @Squid, I had initially messaged about an issue with CA here: but the scope of the issue seems wider than just the cleanup. Whenever I try to install a new application from the repository I get the following error: Warning: simplexml_load_file(): /boot/config/plugins/dockerMan/templates-user/my-plexrequests.xml:1: parser error : Document is empty in /usr/local/emhttp/plugins/dynamix.docker.manager/include/CreateDocker.php on line 418 Warning: simplexml_load_file(): in /usr/local/emhttp/plugins/dynamix.docker.manager/include/CreateDocker.php on line 418 Warning: simplexml_load_file(): ^ in /usr/local/emhttp/plugins/dynamix.docker.manager/include/CreateDocker.php on line 418 Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to a member function xpath() on boolean in /usr/local/emhttp/plugins/dynamix.docker.manager/include/CreateDocker.php:419 Stack trace: #0 /usr/local/emhttp/plugins/dynamix.docker.manager/include/CreateDocker.php(448): getXmlVal(false, 'Name') #1 /usr/local/emhttp/plugins/dynamix.docker.manager/include/CreateDocker.php(675): getUsedPorts() #2 /usr/local/emhttp/plugins/dynamix/include/DefaultPageLayout.php(383) : eval()'d code(17): require_once('/usr/local/emht...') #3 /usr/local/emhttp/plugins/dynamix/include/DefaultPageLayout.php(383): eval() #4 /usr/local/emhttp/plugins/dynamix/template.php(61): require_once('/usr/local/emht...') #5 /usr/local/src/wrap_get.php(16): include('/usr/local/emht...') #6 {main} thrown in /usr/local/emhttp/plugins/dynamix.docker.manager/include/CreateDocker.php on line 419 I'd prefer to not have to re-do my Docker setup as I've just seemingly got it stable. For some reason, some of the containers in the repository seem to cause my server to hard reboot with no reason given in the logs. That is a different issue for a different thread though. Am I just missing something? Edited August 18, 20178 yr by firrae
August 18, 20178 yr Author Sounds like the templates stored on the flash drive (config/plugins/dockerMan/templates-user) are corrupted, or the flash drive dropped offline. Probably the latter. Is your syslog (tools - syslog) filled with "Bread" errors?
August 18, 20178 yr Author Updated to better handle spaces (and lack of spaces) in search terms. Previously, searching for "Openfiles" wouldn't return any results while "Open Files" would. Now either term will result in the same results. Should make life easier.

Probably the latter. Is your syslog (tools - syslog) filled with "Bread" errors? Wish I could tell you. After I made that post I went to bed and now I've awoken to the server having rebooted itself uncleanly again. Could that be caused by a bad USB stick? This has been happening for a while now and I've tested everything I can think of in the hardware and it all comes up fine so I'm running out of options on why this server is so unstable...
August 18, 20178 yr I don't see any "bread" or any other types of errors after the system has come back up. Just tried to use the apps install again and it's the same issue.

August 18, 20178 yr Author And after checking, look in /config/plugins/dockerMan/templates-user (and templates) if there are any zero byte files, delete them.

Could this also be causing my issue where the server randomly restarts? Also is there a way to redo the flash drive but keep all my current settings and data? EDIT: Also yes the same error. Extremely unlikely a bad flash would cause reboots. unRAID probably isn't even accessing the flash in the middle of the night, since the OS is loaded into RAM at boot, and after that flash is typically only accessed when you save changes in the GUI. Do you have an UPS?

Do you have an UPS? Yes, it never registered any power issues and my other PC that is also connected to it was perfectly fine. To note, it is an APC 1500 VA so it should be more than enough. At this point, I'm at a loss if it's not likely the USB. I've changed out the PSU, run memory checks, benchmarked the CPU and all the drives are reporting good health... August 18, 20178 yr Author 2 hours ago, firrae said: Also is there a way to redo the flash drive but keep all my current settings and data? Copy the config folder somewhere safe, then reformat, set unRaid back up and copy the config folder back. But, it appears that at least part of the config folder is corrupted (the config/plugins/dockerMan/templates-user folder) Not the end of the world if you have to completely redo the templates (would be basically reinstalling the applications, but your appdata wouldn't be affected), but it is a PITA But first thing to do is if there are any files with a zero byte length in that folder, delete them. August 18, 20178 yr @Squid, OK, I'll try that this weekend and maybe move it to a new USB. I hope this might end up solving my stability issues, but from @trurl's comments, I'm not overly hopeful about that part...
August 23, 20178 yr Hi, Looks amazing and heard a lot about it! Planning to set up the plugin once I get home. I however do already have dockers installed, will they automatically be taken over or do I have to rebuild my dockers? I'm pretty new in dockers at that..

August 26, 20178 yr Just a quick query, When I go in to "Cleanup Appdata" it shows my current Sonarr folder as available to delete. The reason for this is that I changed my docker for Sonarr but the new docker uses the same appdata folder as the old one. Is there a way to stop Cleanup Appdata from thinking that this is an abandoned folder?
