June 6, 20179 yr What i need is a Sleep-Button and that this App is working from outside my Network - like Teamviewer. Do i need to install a plugin on my unRAID-Server? Is there a "Test-Version" available? Edited June 6, 20179 yr by Zonediver

June 6, 20179 yr Because it costs money - i need this some times when i am outside but not so often to spend money on a VPN-Service. If this App cant reach the server from outside the network, then its useless for me. Edited June 6, 20179 yr by Zonediver
June 6, 20179 yr Just now, Zonediver said: Because it costs money - i need this some times when i am outside but not so often to spend money on a VPN-Service. No it doesn't, it's free for up to two users I think.
June 6, 20179 yr Free license for 2 concurrent users so if access was very random you could probably have quite a few more.

Once the docker is configured you would download authorization certificates to whatever client machines you want to use to connect back to your local network. I guess you could say you are the vendor.
June 6, 20179 yr So that mean: I install OpenVPN as Docker on unRAID and as App on my Android phone and thats it? How will this pass my Router? Portforwarding maby? Or shall OpenVPN run directly on the router? Edited June 6, 20179 yr by Zonediver

You can also checkout the OpenVPN-AS support thread.

June 25, 20179 yr Just installed and all, but dockers and VMs work. For those I get "No dockers are installed or they are currently unavailable". Would you have any hint where to look?

July 5, 20179 yr I'm on 6.4 and force to use https for unraid. And I can't longer connect with this app. //Peter
July 5, 20179 yr Author HI peter_sm, 6.4.x is still on the release candidate phase, and although I have a development version of the app supporting https, I've held on releasing it because there may still be some changes. In any case, I will try to publish a version with "preliminary" support by the end of next week. But, the error you posted is related to the ControlR plugin. That should be working Would you mind posting the output of $ cd /usr/local/emhttp/plugins/controlr $ killall controlr $ ./controlr on the plugin support thread ?

July 19, 20178 yr Author v2.8.1 is now available ! 2.8.1 Initial support for 6.4.x's https. It's still subject to pending changes in unRAID. Additionally: - Updated screen navigation component - General improvements and other bug fixes This should enable you to connect to an unRAID server via https, provided the server is configured to do so. Also install the latest ControlR plugin for full compatibility. Let me know of any issues.
July 21, 20178 yr Author v2.8.2 is available as an over-the-air (OTA) release ! 2.8.2 - Restore log functionality This fixes a minor bug that was preventing logs to be shown.

July 21, 20178 yr i have been playing with this for a couple weeks now and just can not get it to link to either of my servers. i have upped the timeout function to 25000ms. i have created other users to see if that is the issue. any advice?
July 21, 20178 yr Author Hi, a couple of things to check - Make sure you're connecting to the unRAID webGUI's port (most likely 80) - Make sure you can access the webGUI from a browser on your device - Make sure you don't have an adblocker/firewall rule/etc preventing access to the webGUI from your device If none of the above applies, let me know to further troubleshoot.
