HOW TO RESTORE!!!!
Option 1- Script:
Use the great script from @petchav, many thanks! See the video below for a guide on how to use this.
Option 2- Manual restore:
You will need:
1. Your backup .img file (after extraction)
2. Backed up XML file
3. Your backed up .fd file
Step 1- In terminal, extract img file from .zst backup. Example below. Replace with your .zst file name.
zstd -d -C --no-check 20211114_0300_vdisk1.img.zst

I will eventually do more work on it as my life permits, but for now development will be sporadic at best. I am more happy to add someone else to the project to maintain it, or even accept some PRs as that is much easier for me to find time for
