  1. That's the problem (one of them at least) with using USB drives. They may not report the serial numbers of the drives correctly. As far as I know there is no way around this short of using an external that does not operate this way or only has a single drive. Beyond that, USB drives while they do work are not recommended for other reasons. They may not report SMART attributes correctly for determining the drive(s) health, they are prone to disconnects etc.
  2. Drag the rows into the order in which you want them to start. In advanced view, you can also set a delay
  3. Today's update brings a couple of minor fixes. One notable addition is that CA now includes a notification system. Up until now, there was no real way for myself to inform unRaid users of any "must-see" notifications outside of Fix Common Problems. However FCP has a few flaws: It's installed user base is no where near the size of CA's installed base Any new tests would require an update to FCP itself CA's notifications are reserved exclusively for the "You Must See This", and any PSA's. Currently, there are only a few notices: mccloud/ps3netsrv installed - known malware contained within it Older versions of disk.location installed - known to cause very excessive writes to the flash drive unRaid versions of 6.6 -> 6.8.0 and sysdream mitigation plugin not installed A PSA detailed below. Notifications are downloaded at a random time following a reboot of your server, and once per week after that. You will be notified via an email / push depending upon your notification settings, and also via a banner across the top of your GUI. The system is set up that if you do have your server sleeping (S3 plugin) at the time the week is up, it will get downloaded automatically when the server awakens (random time of the hour). If you choose to ignore the warning, you can permanently dismiss the warning by clicking the "x" on the banner. A more info link will display a popup that contains more information regarding the warnings. This system will allow CA to warn you if (as an example) you have an application installed that contains known malware. Or if @limetech should (very unlikely) have to pull your installed version of unRaid, etc. You can also choose to completely opt-out of this system via a setting in Apps - Settings. Because of current events, there is a PSA that will also appear linking to that will appear if you do not have BOINC or Folding @ Home installed on your server. I fully and completely understand if you choose to not install either of those applications. Just dismiss the banner and CA will never bother you again about it. The OP for this thread has been updated to include the following PSA DUE TO CURRENT GLOBAL EVENTS, CA WILL PUT UP A BANNER ADVISING THAT IT IS POSSIBLE TO HAVE YOUR SERVER JOIN THE FIGHT AGAINST COVID-19 BY INSTALLING EITHER BOINC OR FOLDING@HOME. IF YOU CHOOSE NOT TO DO THIS, THEN SIMPLY DISMISS THE BANNER (CLICK THE X) AND YOU WILL NOT BE BOTHERED AGAIN. ADDITIONALLY FOR THE TIME BEING, BOTH THE BOINC AND FOLDING@HOME APPLICATIONS WILL ALWAYS APPEAR AT THE TOP OF THE LIST IN THE NEW APPS SECTION TO INCREASE THEIR EXPOSURE.
  4. Certain combinations of CPUs / motherboards will issue an MCE when initializing the cores. This is what's happening with you and safe to ignore
  5. You can't force it. You have to set it to fold for any disease. The COVID-19 are priorities right now, but there's currently only ~5 projects out there. Just let it run and it will pick them up. Mine started folding for a cancer project, but then switched over to COVID-19.
  6. The shares are (and the disks) are not mounted to support atime Feb 13 15:58:26 unraidA emhttpd: shcmd (139): /usr/local/sbin/shfs /mnt/user -disks 4194303 1024 -o noatime,allow_other -o remember=0 |& logger
  7. My fave Kingston DataTraveller SE9 usb2
  8. Once I heard about F@H having coronavirus work units I went ahead and installed it on my work laptop (running full tilt all the time), my main windows driver, and my HTPC. While it is immaterial what team you use (if you even want one), if you do choose, unRaid's F@H team number is 227802. If you do happen to be one of those persons who feel that this isnt a big deal, that choice is yours, but bear in mind that donating some spare cycles costs you nothing and can only help.
  9. As you noticed, by design the fields will get re-added with any update to the app.
  10. Post your diagnostics (Tools - Diagnostics). But, it sounds more like a hardware issue (ram?) where the system itself is crashing.
  11. No real obvious reason why. I'd reboot and see what happens. If that doesn't fix, then disable the service via Settings - Docker and delete the image then re-enable the service and go to the Apps Tab, Previous apps and check off whatever you want.
  12. First thing to do in situations like this is to run MemTest for at least a few passes from the boot menu.
  13. You're probably not running unRaid 6.7+ The Apps tab only shows what's compatible with your server
  14. Harmless, but really gets on my OCD though. If I remove a folder, then I wind up with what is basically a non-existent orphaned image
  15. should already be fixed next release
  16. Mover Tuning was definitely installed. Closing until such time as an uninstall and a reboot happens. (ie: that message is from Mover tuning as unRaid doesn't have provisions to disable mover at all)
  17. That looks like you disabled the mover schedule via the mover tuning plugin
  18. Is that a group? Should be something like 5 of 5 and a Chevron underneath it. If it's totally messed, delete the folders.json file on the flash
  19. I do see a few issues though. There's no enforcement of having to name the folder. And if it's not given a name, then some strange things can happen with other groupings / it's own group. I'd prefer that "Edit" and "Remove" on the context menu were named something else, as "Remove" in particular tends to mean remove the container, not remove the folder. The Start / Stop on the context don't seem to consistently appear under all circumstances.
  20. By hitting the edit button on the context menu?
  21. This is now available within CA. However, due to a bug with the plugin currently, it will not allow you to create any folders if you have your server set up in "Tabbed Mode" (Settings - Display Settings). Once you have set up the folders however (in Non-Tabbed Mode), you can switch back to tabbed mode and the plugin will still operate (just not allow you to create any more folders) Beyond that, this looks like an excellent addition (once the initial issues are ironed out), and should fulfill a need that quite a few people have been asking about.
