    stoppe mal dein Array, dann taucht da ein Schaltknopf "Wartungsmodus" oder "Maintenance" oder so ähnlich auf. Hier setzt du den Hacken und Startest dass Array wieder.
    Dann tippst du auf deinen "Datenträger zwei" und machst einen "CHECK".
    Du musst dann lesen was rauskommt und ob du die Formatierung reparieren kannst.
     
    Wahscheinlich ist das Datensystem vom "Datenträger Zwei" zerschossen. Nach der Reperatur dann Array Stopen und normal wieder starten.

    nach langem rumtesten kann ich jetzt sagen, dass es am Netzteil liegt,
    Ich habe provesorisch zwei Netzteile angeschlossen, und die hälfte der Festplatten ans zweite Netzteil angeschlossen.
     
    Seit dem läuft dass Array stabil mit vollbestücktem ASM1166 Controller. Habe auch mehrere ASM1166 Controller durchgetestet und es laufen alle stabil.
