  1. Me neither, any account should work, does Unraid ask for credentials or just refuses the connection?
  2. Changed Status to Closed Changed Priority to Other
  3. Array didn't auto-start because disk4 was initially missing Nov 28 23:37:25 quasar-ultima kernel: mdcmd (5): import 4 Nov 28 23:37:25 quasar-ultima kernel: md: import_slot: 4 missing It came back online a few seconds later, that's why you could then start the array manually: Nov 28 23:37:45 quasar-ultima kernel: mdcmd (5): import 4 sdm 64 3907018532 0 WDC_WD40EFAX-68JH4N1_WD-WX42D410YUKV Nov 28 23:37:45 quasar-ultima kernel: md: import disk4: (sdm) WDC_WD40EFAX-68JH4N1_WD-WX42D410YUKV size: 3907018532 So it's not an Unraid problem, check/replace cables on that disk.
  4. Looks like a flash drive problem, though strange that there weren't issues when reformatting
  5. There's something writing to the array, you can see that because there are writes to parity, and since there are no writes to any other disk, it's writing to disk2.
  6. That or reformat the pool, of course all there would be deleted.
  7. There's something writing to disk2.
  8. No, recreate the flash drive manually or using the USB tool and restore only the config folder.
  9. Enable the syslog server and post that after the next crash.
  10. Like I mentioned in you other thread please use the existing UD plugin support thread linked below, and post the diagnostics.
  11. If it doesn't work with the USB bridge don't use it, or use a different one.
  12. Run a correcting check, then a non correcting one and if the second one finds more errors post the diags, all without rebooting.
  13. On the main GUI page click on the flash drive, scroll down to "Syslinux Configuration", make sure it's set to "menu view" (top right) and add that to your default boot option, after "append initrd=/bzroot"
  14. Neither one is very likely, but try a different NIC if available, don't see how it can be an Unraid issue with the default network settigns.
  15. This is npormal, not getting an IP from the DHCP server means there's a networking problem somewhere with the router, so it's expected using a static IP also won't work.
  16. You need to check "I want to do this" or similar next to array start button.
  17. Call traces are related to a btrfs filesystem, so it could be any in use.
  18. Syslog you've posted is the one from the diags.
