  1. I was basically referring to any other 24 port LSI 24, if there are any, not sure there is one from the 9400 series, another option is an 8 port HBA with an expander.
  2. Diags are after rebooting so we can't see what happened, disks look healthy and the emulated disk1 is mounting, if contents look OK you can rebuild on top and resync parity at the same time: https://wiki.unraid.net/Manual/Storage_Management#Rebuilding_a_drive_onto_itself
  3. There are no signs of any NMVe devices in the diags, like if they were not connected, I know they appear on IPMI but do they appear in the board BIOS?
  4. Jul 16 01:00:04 solidsnake kernel: ahci 0000:03:00.1: AMD-Vi: Event logged [IO_PAGE_FAULT domain=0x000f address=0x407d4db010608040 flags=0x0030] Problem with the onboard SATA controller, quite common with some Ryzen servers, especially under load, look for a BIOS update but best bet it use an add-on controller.
  5. If you don't assign any data disks they won't be at risk.
  6. That looks like a board/BIOS issue, probably not much you can do other than replacing the board.
  7. Then you should post updated diags.
  8. Cfgs for any shares will be recreated, with the default settings. As for domain.img it will be related to VMs, but don't believe it's a critical file, it doesn't come with a new install so it's probably created later.
  9. That's correct, any overwrites will be done in the existing disk.
  10. Minimum free space should be set to twice the largest file you expect to copy to that share, or you'll get ENOSPC.
  11. Check filesystem on disk2, disk4 dropped offline, this is usually a power/connection problem, check/replace cables and post new diags.
  12. That works assuming current cache is btrfs, you'll know when the btrfs operations are done when the stop array button is available again.
  13. If the files copied to a share already exist Unraid will overwriting them on the same disk, so it was probably that.
  14. You can't delete all the config files, create a new Unraid install then copy only the key.
  15. That's not correct, first pass will be until there's 5TB free on the largest disks, but since disk2 comes before disk3 it will use that one until 3TB are used, then it will start writing to disk3 until 5TB are used/free, more info below: https://wiki.unraid.net/Un-Official_UnRAID_Manual#High_Water
  16. Please post the diagnostics.
  17. Again nothing relevant logged, make sure you're following the Ryzen specif recommendations, but if it only happens when using VMs it's probably not that.
  18. Looks like the disks are bad, they don't even give a valid SMART report, try swapping the cables with two other disks just to make sure but doubt it will help.
  19. I don't see anything wrong with the configuration, if you try to copy something over SMB to the video share does it work? You should also upgrade to v6.10.3, there were some changes regarding pools space management.
  20. Do you have system notifications enabled? Disk 4 dropped offline: Jul 14 15:06:23 Malthorium kernel: ata1: COMRESET failed (errno=-16) Jul 14 15:06:23 Malthorium kernel: ata1: reset failed, giving up Jul 14 15:06:23 Malthorium kernel: ata1.00: disabled Jul 14 15:06:23 Malthorium kernel: ata1: EH complete Check/replace cables and post new diags.
  21. Connect it to one of the onboard SATA ports and check if the drive is being detect in the board BIOS, if not it also won't be detected by Unraid.
  22. That won't work, it's a different filesystem now, i.e., it was re-formatted, not possible to recover the old fs, if that is the missing device.
