Disk dropped offline, could be power/cable related, could also be spin down/up related, since it happened on spin up, SMART looks fine, if the emulated disk is mounting and contents look correct you can rebuild on top.

Start by running an extended SMART test on the problem (or all) disk disks, then post new diags, make sure spin down is disable before starting the tests.
This is not my strong suit, but especially with dockers that move/manipulate data you want to make sure they are correctly configured, if not sure you can ask in the support thread/forum for that specific docker.
Assuming the emulated disk is mounting you can rebuild on top, recommend replacing cables first to rule that out before rebuilding.

It wasn't an error, it just was interrupted:
# 2 Extended offline Interrupted (host reset) 00% 9462
This can be caused by the disk spinning down during the test, you need to disable that, but like mentioned disks looks fine.
