have a look at dual wan routers with 3G (4G) if you have 3g in the neighborhood and a unlimited subscription worked for me when i lived in Singapore now i use the same router to balance 2 ISp's if you need to go the wireless way.. ddr-wrt has some possibilities ... but not sure if it load balances or you can setup routing to the unraid specifically

any dimension on that back fan ? i would remove the one tray above the back fan and if size is similar or same put a coolermaster 4 in 3 with fan and everything with very long bolts to the back fan opening .... you can secure the other side of the 4 in 3 if needed with a ziplock or a bolt to the side rail should be enough strong and i guess enough air will be blown out if you reverse the fan just my 2 cents
