  1. If it happens again go to Tools - Diagnostics and post the complete diagnostics zip. Your symptoms sound more like your flash dropping connection.
  2. I am using this docker and don't have these 'hacks'. Possibly you are being hacked in additional ways you are unaware of. Go to Tools - Diagnostics and attach the complete diagnostics zip to your next post.
  3. Tools - Diagnostics, attach complete zip to your next post.
  4. This word actually means twice a month, which is not the meaning you may have had in mind /pedant
  5. This is actually the only player I have and the only reason I use this docker. I have other ways of networking my music around the house.
  6. That isn't the solution. The only thing that can do is make it take longer to fill up. Filling docker image or memory is typically a sign of a misconfigured docker. I have been using this docker for a very long time and don't have these problems.
  7. Have you looked through the videos prepared by SpaceInvader One? https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCZDfnUn74N0WeAPvMqTOrtA/videos
  8. Please don't do this. Which thread should we respond to? Should we all be expected to read both threads to see what others have said in response? In a more general case, you could have someone going to a lot of trouble to research a problem for you and write a long response in one thread, without being aware that someone else has already made a similar effort on the other thread. This is one reason why crossposting has been frowned upon on message boards since long before the World Wide Web. In future, if you really feel you must make the post in one thread and take responses there, then just post a link in the other thread.
  9. Based on your signature, I think you should update your signature.😉
  10. I do run plex but typically only one stream. I still don't get it, especially the "Maintenance" bit.
  11. Sorry, I don't understand your meaning. And I am not arguing against your idea, just adding to the discussion.
  12. Mine never all spin unless I am doing a parity check or rebuild so obviously not a good time. If you are using Turbo Write I guess they are likely to be all spinning
  13. Screenshot is a good idea just in case, but the Previous Apps feature on the Apps page will let you reinstall any of your previous apps using the same configuration you had. These "templates" are stored on flash when you install a docker and you can reuse them.
  14. What do you mean? Are you just trying to restore only the appdata for a specific docker? Or are you just trying to get a Previous docker app reinstalled with the same settings it had before. Reinstalling a Previous App is on the Apps page (Community Applications).
  15. I haven't been following but you seem to have misunderstood. Cache-yes are NOT moved TO cache. They are moved FROM cache. Cache-prefer is the setting to get moved TO cache.
  16. But, if you look at the settings for that newly created share, it has adopted the settings of the other share instead of having default settings which further illustrates the other issue.
  17. For a more concrete example, they will have a user share named 'media'. For the Host side of a volume mapping they will put '/mnt/user/Media'. This results in a share named 'Media'. I just tested this myself and it does indeed create a new user share identical except for case.
  18. Go to Tools - Diagnostics and attach the complete diagnostics zip to your next post.
  19. Users have accidentally created top-level folders simply by misconfiguring their dockers to use the wrong case so it isn't necessary for them to have disk shares to make this happen. I have seen this many times and it seems to be the main cause of a user complaining that the share doesn't have their files in it anymore since Windows is showing them the wrong share.
  20. Good question for @Kristijan For most dockers, you shouldn't try to update from within the application. In the case of this specific Plex docker, just restarting the docker will cause it to fetch the latest version of Plex.
  21. I don't actually use any of these dockers (except plex) myself. Whether they work together is one thing. Whether sonarr will work at all is what I was getting at with this: So, is that 2nd screenshot from sonarr or from one of the other applications?
  22. All the docker configurations are on the flash drive. It is just the appdata for each that is typically on cache. Where you are stuck is just with the configuration part. If you had that exactly as before then it would work but it would be starting from a completely new install since the appdata was gone. But at least it would be exactly as configured before.
  23. I'm sure someone would like to help but you haven't given us anything at all to work with. See the very first link in the Docker FAQ.
  24. If that 2nd screenshot is from sonarr, the 1st screenshot doesn't have any sonarr mapping for /data. Do you understand container volume mappings? Why did you have to start over? Did you know that you can reinstall any of your dockers exactly as they were before including all their settings using the Previous Apps feature on the Apps page (Community Applications)?
