  1. SSDs are not currently recommended in the parity array due to uncertainties about how they may work with parity.
  2. Post your diagnostics so I can get a better idea of your current setup. I will probably split this part of the discussion into its own topic since it really isn't about this plugin.
  3. I assume you mean the plex library (database) which is usually in a subfolder in the appdata user share. Do you have it somewhere other than appdata? Isn't your appdata already on an SSD? If not, why not?
  4. Looks like most of your problems are disk connection issues. Check power and SATA connections, both ends, all disks, then try again and post a new diagnostic.
  5. Since this isn't a bug report, I have copied your "report" to this General Support forum. If, in future, you think you may actually have a bug, please follow the guidelines: https://forums.unraid.net/bug-reports/stable-releases/report-guidelines-r68/ Now, on to your support questions. Go to Tools - Diagnostics and attach the complete diagnostics zip file to your next post.
  6. Changed Status to Closed Changed Priority to Other
  7. Copied to General Support since this isn't a bug report.
  8. Tools - Diagnostics. Attach complete diagnostics zip file to your next post.
  9. Are you sure your server can reach the internet?
  10. Why do you have it configured to save to /config? I don't use these but surely you should configure the applications to save to /data
  11. Post your docker run command as explained here: https://forums.unraid.net/topic/57181-real-docker-faq/#comment-564345
  12. Possibly limetech will make these others available for sale. Someone else selling them I don't think would be appropriate.
  13. You can buy stickers with the logo on zazzle already: https://www.zazzle.com/store/unraid/products
  14. The parity2 calculation is different and independent of the parity calculation. The exact algorithm is a bit more complicated and I haven't really tried to understand it in detail, but the fact that these calculations are different and independent is what allows them to recover 2 drives. The contents of parity and parity2 are different, so these disks are not interchangeable and cannot be swapped without rebuilding parity. Here is a thread I found on the forum that discusses it a bit more. If you google "Q parity" you can probably find more technical discussions. https://forums.unraid.net/topic/51362-pq-or-dual-parity-in-detail/
  15. Containers don't know anything about the Host paths, they just know about the container paths. Sonarr has a /downloads path mapped to /mnt/user/Storage/Downloads/tv-sonarr. It doesn't have access to the folder above that, /mnt/user/Storage/Downloads, because it isn't mapped. The application sees /downloads as a root level folder with nothing above it. Similarly for your Radarr mapping. See this post in the Docker FAQ: https://forums.unraid.net/topic/57181-real-docker-faq/page/2/#comment-566086 Might be instructive to browse the other posts in the Docker FAQ.
  16. I don't have any experience on how to solve this problem.
  17. Are you behind the Great Firewall or something? Your google ping means your server can't reach parts of the internet. And so you probably won't be able to install any apps (plugins or dockers), or install Unraid updates.
  18. I agree. And if you can't trust the user to know how to add them, then it doesn't make sense to trust them to not mess something else up elsewhere due to having all the additional /mnt folders. In fact, I would expect those additional /mnt folders to show up at various places in the webUI where users are expected to select a folder, such as setting up docker volume mappings.
  19. Are you sure your server can reach the internet? What do you get from the command line with this? ping -c 3 google.com
  20. What do you get from the command line with this? ls /mnt
  21. You originally posted this as a bug report, but it was not appropriate there so I have moved it. The Apps page is a plugin, and it has a support page here: https://forums.unraid.net/topic/38582-plug-in-community-applications/ I suspect your problem is due to your server not being able to reach the internet. Go to Tools - Diagnostics and attach the complete diagnostics zip file to your next post.
  22. You have completely filled up the log space due to all the errors on parity2. Reseat controller card. Check all connections, SATA and power. Reboot and post a new diagnostic.
  23. That screenshot doesn't show the Array Operations section. Are you currently rebuilding?
  24. Not just the log. Diagnostics could not get SMART for any of those disks either. If something has changed post a new diagnostic.
