Ich würde mal vorschlagen du probierst es zuerst mit der Grafikkarte in ner VM und dann kannst den container noch immer installieren. Ja, der Docker is von mir aber nicht so einfach einzurichten wenn du pech hast.

As far as I can see it should work fine, I have to look into Plex and DVB itself, never done this in general. Can you do me a favour and try if tvheadend finds the tuners? Is there any tutorial out there how to integrate dvb into Plex so that it makes it a little easier for me? EDIT: I think this can be only a small problem because the cards a recognized by the system.

Wenn du sie in einer vm nutzen willst kannst du sie nicht gleichzeitig im docker benutzen. Ich glaub da liegt ein verständnisproblem vor... Du willst die vm nutzen um nen monitor/maus/tastatur/headset/was auch immer... an der grafikkarte die in dem server verbaut ist anzustöpseln und dann spielen hab ich das richtig erkannt? Dafür brauchst du keinen docker. Btw du kannst auch multiqotes in einem post machen so kammst meggo und mir in einem post antworten

It seems that thr CPU is a little to slow for that, how many players are on the server? I'm might be also wrong and it has something to do with the container but I don't think so. You can also try to use another container or create a second container and create a new world eventually the problem will go away. Please let me know what you did in the end.

May I ask what's the exact problem with minecraft iself? Does the wold generatin took too long or does it respond not very well? As I said above this is a game that favours speed per core over much cores. My xeon 2670 (disabled turbo) also struggles with world generation if someone tries to discover a new area. EDIT: please look at this post on reddit: Click And don't forget what I've wrote above minecraft favours high per core clocks instead of much cores.

Please read the first post again, especially the part 'Utilize the DVB card(s) in a Docker container:'. You should put the line that you specified in extra parameters, don't create a new device. If you do it like this you have to remove the part '--device='

Yes this is a WINE Warning and not an error eventually @Nelinski can help he ad the docker running I think, the problem is that someone requested that game and I don't own it personally, otherwise I could more help I think. If @Nelinski dosen't report back in the next few days and you also don't get it to run I will depricate it and look at it as broken.

Seems totally fine but I could be wrong... The CPU is normally used to transcode the audio of the file that you are playing. Can you try to disable the HW transcoding in Plex (uncheck both boxes), save, restart the container and then again enable both boxes for HW transcoding. Is this the same file that you are playing and also at the same position? The GPU transcoding is usually lightning fast and it could also be that it finishes before the audio transcoding is finished. One side note please don't use the plugin in the dashboard for comparison, better you open up a terminal from unraid and type in 'watch nvidia-smi' and send a screenshot from the output there you see detailed what your graphics card is doing, like in the second post of this thread at the end you see also the output of nvidia-smi or at least what it should look like).

Try this, restart the container, let it sit for about 5minutes and then connect to it (open up the dasboard view in Unraid) and it should use all cores, Minecraft is in terms of world generation not very well optimized and it favours speed over core count. At the start when 2 poeple connect to it it sometimes eats up all of my 16 cores and if you hit it hard in creative mode and try to fly around and it have to generate worlds it can be slow and it struggles to keep up with the world generation, at least this happens on my srver. May i ask which CPU you have?

Macht doch nichts, meiner ist derzeit auf 30GB Normal steht er glaub ich auf 20GB bin mir jetzt aber nicht ganz sicher, vergiss nicht nach unten ändern funktioniert nicht, nur nach oben.

Der würd mir schon gefallen. Werd mir das mal überlegen, für den 2. Server... Muss mal nachsehen ob ich den Transcend Jetflash 170 2GB noch bekomme, sollte eigentlich lieferbar sein. Die USB2.0 Speeds reichen vollkommen aus und da die doch um eineiges Kühler laufen sind mir die 2.0 fast lieber man braucht ihn ohnehin nur zum booten und da es sich um einen Server handelt startet man den dann doch nicht so oft neu. As I said in the other thread you have two options here, rip to a SMB share on the server and mount this share in the Container itself, the other option is that you share the drive and mount it with Unassigned Devices to Unraid and mount it to the Docker Container (but that's only a theory if that works).

Also ich überleg momentan ein China board zu kaufen als 'dev' server da ich was mit vielen Kernen brauch und ich noch einen Xeon 2670 mit 32GB Reg. ECC RAM herumfliegen hab, da würden sich die China boards super anbieten und die bekommst sogar schon auf amazon.

You easily can rip them to a mounted network drive or a smb share that should also work fine too and mount that path directly into the container. Or you could also share your drive as a smb share and mount it via Unassigned Devices on the server and mount it to the Container that should theoretically also work.

I could eventually do the initiator side also but this would be very very niche I think and would not make much sense, wouldn't it be better to attach the DVD/BluRay Drive directly to Unraid?

Is it also possible to add a entry in the popupmenu something like 'Force Update' so that you don't have to open the advanced view on the Docker page?
