    i found a way, install screen in terminal window screen /dev/ttyS0 19200 change baud rate to your specs

    I just learned about SCREEN for linux and i'm like a kid in a candy store. being able to run terminal stuff in the background without leaving a terminal window open is so awesome!! currently using to reformat a bunch of drives from 520 drives to 512. Just wanted to share! 😀

    hi there, is it possible to turn off log spamming for disconnected shares, like when I turn off my external PC and unraid keeps spamming my unraid log with disconnected drive til I turn on my PC the next day. Or is this an Unraid warning? If not, could you add it to the next update. Thanks

    Just wanna say that unraid is amazing! easy transfer of 12 bay enclosure from one server to another, unplugged the sff-8088 cable from one server and plugged it into another server, add the drives to array and BAM!!!!!!! All is showed up! Thanks for a great piece of software!

    notice my CPU are pegged while copying drive to drive internally, wondering if this is normal as well granted I have 9 transfer going internally at the same time. using 9 putty windows and midnight commander to transfer drive to drive

    just got a sweet deal on ebay for 10 x 10TB Seagate SAS drives, but I notice that Unraid is reporting a different serial number then what is written on the label of the drive, is this normal for IBM branded Seagate drives?

    gui finnally popped up but resolution is garbage this on the Dell R610, no GPU installed, using built in VGA on 19" monitor. gui was working normally before update other 2 server still no GUI (R510 & R610)

    here are diagnostic for other 2 servers these 2 servers do not have external gpu, so did not install GPU-TOP looneytoon-diagnostics-20220926-0649.zip testtoon-diagnostics-20220926-0650.zip

    local screen works, shows everything as it boots, but then at the end where it usually show the login screen, its black, no cursor GPU-TOP isinstalled tinytoon-diagnostics-20220926-0631.zip

    hi, i have 2 unraid servers running, no parity on both. what I want to do is remove 2 drives (chiaplots) from unraid#1 array and add them to unraid#2 array. will unraid just incorporate the drives into unraid#2 after I add them to the array? or will it tell me to format drive and erase it? thanks

    upgraded to 6.11.0 on 3 machines and no gui on the local machines, gui works from remote. also get boot error "grep: stray: \ ????? /"

    after i got it working, it synced all my files, but the log shows syncing 75 files continuously, I ran a compare on my local machine dropbox with the docker drobox folders and they are equal, so all files are synced but log shows it trying to sync 75 files???

    try this, open dropbox web on the same browser first without clicking the link, after logging into dropbox, make sure you have enough links available, dropbox free allows only 3 devices. delete obsolete ones to make room. now goto dropbox log file and click the link to activate. worked for me

    error: stat of /root/.chia/farmr/log*txt failed: No such file or directory happening on all docker forks 0.6.7 doesn't seem to affect harvesting, i'm still winning on all forks daily hopefully fix in next update

    deleted docker, remove link to dropbox, deleted the appdata dropbox directory, reinstalled dropbox, relink to drop box, working again.

    after update, here is my log file, it's not starting up. stuck.

    I found out what was causing my issue with the flickering, If i'm logged into the web gui on 2 diff machines, like on the server it self and on my laptop, if one machine is one i/o and the other is on MB/s, it will flicker between the 2 options.

    just did another uninstall and reinstall and reboot, issue is now gone
