  3. its not the devices connecting to unraid server that have issues. In fact no device connecting to unraid in the house has any connection issues. 4 nvidia shields 2 computers 1 windows 1 ubuntu. The log file I posted was from unraid server having issues some time after boot, I don't know why its deleting and resolving. I assume this issue is happening some time after boot. My system has been running for 24 hours so far with no host resolving in the logs. Other then what I saw at boot. I apologize, My work hours keep me away from home a lot so I haven't had time to test and mess around with the server. I should have tomorrow off I can check everything then. Again thank you,
  4. Router is brand new unifi gateway pro. No I do not have a second router. I own 2 PC's one on windows and other unbuntu 19.04. I get the same log file on both devices. I do not have another nic. My system was prebuilt. I have tried different cables. I can connect to either of my ports from my nic. I am waiting for a day to really trouble shoot.
  5. I have a unifi gateway pro, and a unifi 24 port Poe switch with their cloud key. Yes on cat6e cables Dual 10GB nic Storinator AV15 Sent from my Moto Z (2) using Tapatalk
  6. Honestly, I kept having issues with the second port obtaining an IP. I am a complete novice at this. I have read multiple articles and for the life of me. I can't seem to set it up right. Sent from my Moto Z (2) using Tapatalk
  7. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  11. That's good to know. I don't have any open ports and Plex is only accessable on the network. I don't run vms Thank you. Sent from my Moto Z (2) using Tapatalk
  12. https://threatpost.com/linux-ransomware-nas-servers/146441/ I just read this today. I wanted to ask if their was anything I could do to prevent something like this. Sent from my Moto Z (2) using Tapatalk
  13. No everything is fine on unraid server. The only weird activity I saw on my new work was my windows pc. Static IP got changed to an out of network IP. And what cought my eye was that out of network IP showed up in unraid logs. However unraid kept going. My PC required a switch reboot. I just want to make sure everything is running smoothly. If it's something in the switch, I will fix it. The extra ips in the logs bother me. My network only runs on 192.168.1. ip address. I did have the unifi controller running on unraid at one point and it was on a sub network 172. I believe. Now all that's ran off the cloud key. Also, I completely reset my unraid network via deleting network config. I wanted to start fresh. Sent from my Moto Z (2) using Tapatalk
