  2. Just an update, I had to install "sudo apt install nfs-common" Followed by "sudo apt update". This is only nfs. Secondly, I went to unraid terminal and input the following, "cat /etc/exports" and "exportfs -v". It took a bit for my shares to show up after changing share settings to nfs in unraid settings. It then showed up and I was able to connect using "sudo mount -t nfs myip:/mnt/user/Media /mnt/Media". I used "$ df" to see if it showed up as connected in Ubuntu 19.10 terminal. Lastly, I went into Nautilus and in other lacations I connected by this. nfs://myip:0/mnt/user/Media I hope this helps, Thanks for all your help.
  3. Awesome, thank you for your time and help.
  4. Thank you, if I could buy you a beer I would. Sent from my Moto Z (2) using Tapatalk
  5. Thank you, for taking time to assist me. I am a noob when it comes to Ubuntu. Where would I put or use that line of code? And how would I access the shares from my Ubuntu PC. Most of the information I find with Google is complex and every post I find seems to assume nfs connectivity is common knowledge. Again thank you for your time and help.
  6. Could someone help point me in the right direction for setting up nfs on unraid and Ubuntu 19.10?
  7. I honestly, don't know how that works. Or how I can set that up. Leaving windows has been a learning experience. And I am still learning.
  8. Hello again, I recently switched to Pop os from Windows 10. I am having issues with smb transfer speeds from server to Pop os 19.10. 60MB's seems to be the max, I can get on network transfers. My other windows pc transfers over 100MB's. I have checked all cables and connections. Ran server speed tests for max internet speed. I am almost positive the problem lies with Pop Os 19.10 and Ubuntu 19.04. I have tried both with same results I am also have a ssd cache disk. I couldn't find anything specific from googling it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

  11. its not the devices connecting to unraid server that have issues. In fact no device connecting to unraid in the house has any connection issues. 4 nvidia shields 2 computers 1 windows 1 ubuntu. The log file I posted was from unraid server having issues some time after boot, I don't know why its deleting and resolving. I assume this issue is happening some time after boot. My system has been running for 24 hours so far with no host resolving in the logs. Other then what I saw at boot. I apologize, My work hours keep me away from home a lot so I haven't had time to test and mess around with the server. I should have tomorrow off I can check everything then. Again thank you,
  12. Router is brand new unifi gateway pro. No I do not have a second router. I own 2 PC's one on windows and other unbuntu 19.04. I get the same log file on both devices. I do not have another nic. My system was prebuilt. I have tried different cables. I can connect to either of my ports from my nic. I am waiting for a day to really trouble shoot.
  13. I have a unifi gateway pro, and a unifi 24 port Poe switch with their cloud key. Yes on cat6e cables Dual 10GB nic Storinator AV15 Sent from my Moto Z (2) using Tapatalk
