  9. What about the 'find' utils - there used to be a plugin to install this - but is not maintained anymore. Was real nice to cron schedule a updatedb, and then locate a file somewhere on the file system Thanks Myk
  10. what needs to be added for this container to process (read) x265? Thanks Myk
  11. Starting for today's update, array start/stop won't mount/unmount disks which "Auto mount" is disabled. If you want an always mounted disk, you can add something like this to the beginning of your /boot/config/go file: unassigned_mount /dev/disk/by-id/ata-INTEL_SSDSC2CT120A3_DISKSERIAL00000000000 This the easiest way I could manage with the events currently available. What about a always-on setting that is saved, and just a single command needed in the go file that would auto mount/share any multiple devices needed - less prone to a mistake in the go file for the mount to fail....? Thanks Myk
  12. In the auto mounting - when in the boot chain are these mounted? before dockers are started? Thanks Tony
  13. The modprobe lines need to go into your go file my sensors.conf is as follows for a example # lines starting with "#" are comments and ignored # sensor configuration chip "nct6776-isa-*" label temp1 "MB Temp" label temp2 "CPU Temp" The wiki entry listed tells you step by step what to do Myk

  15. Asked on Amazon and got: After consulting with Kingston Support, the answers are: 1) Yes. It has it's unique GUID 2) No, it cannot boot from any of the two ports Kingston Technology U.S. Sales Support - End User +1 (800) 835-6575 U.S./Canada Technical Support +1 (800) 435-0640 +1 (714) 435-2639
  16. installing the server plg I get the following at the end: Warning: copy(/boot/config/plugins/openvpnserver/Ovpntech_logo-s_REVISED.png): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /usr/local/emhttp/plugins/plgMan/plugin on line 220 plugin: unable to copy LOCAL file: /usr/local/emhttp/plugins/openvpnserver/Ovpntech_logo-s_REVISED.png Myk
  17. I am not sure the licensing would allow it. This one instead - better fork of it: http://forums.nzedb.com/index.php Myk
  18. The way I do it, is I copy /boot/* to a dropbox folder when I make major changes - this way it gets sync'd, and if I have a prob, I have the files avail to my windows desktop when I am fixing and flash drive problems. I have not gotten around to it yet, but was considering make a bash script that checks like every 30 secs if the array is down and checks the last access to the dropbox folder, if it has not updated it that day, update, if updated that day skip this way I dont have to remember to update the backup Myk
  19. We are not talking about a plugin. It's a status bash script Sent from my SCH-I545 using Tapatalk
  20. many things are/can be started from the go file - unMenu is the main one that comes to mind Myk
  21. if it is just gonna display text, sleep and rotate - you can start it via the go file and direct it to one of the extra ttys - i direct a tail -f of my syslog to F9 Myk
  22. I would look into tmux - its a screen/window mgr - can have multi seperate windows on a screen and multi screens. You an direct a process to a "pane" i guess is what they call them and not have scrape from utils etc I use it here on my nzb indexer for all the different processes runing myk
