Hi, there are threads on this, but I seem to be non the wiser. I have mounted a device which is on SMB from a network share. Now as I understand it this network share may be SMB1, not sure if that has bearing and also needs credentials of nobody/nobody However it has apparently mounted OK in unassigned drives. However whilst it has content there appears to be none presented in unassigned drives I wanted to add this to docker so created a path for that drive and where to put it in docker. In the docker app, for sure there is y path but its empty, poking around in unraid GUI, I cannot check if there is actually any content being presented by unassigned devices even though its mounted. FWIW I can mount the external drive via SMB in Windows without issue and the content is presented to me and I can read and write to it, the same credentials are being entered in unassigned devices.

Hi. I want to copy stuff from another nas. in Krusader in the net connection I only have options for WebDav or FTP. I set up an FTP server on my nas, and can connect no issues with krusader, but as soon as I try and copy over to unraid it just says failed and sometimes something about too many connections 2. I use unassigned drives to connect to my nas via SMB from unraid, that seems to mount fine, yet it cannot be found anywhere in krusader, it feels like Krusader has no understanding of SMB. I am searching the web but coming up with nothing, anyone with an idea?

Hi no I worked out late last night and its my silly. I run Roon as well. Roon has its own LMS server which must not be running as it uses the same port within Roon. So technically yes same port, but no way to know that from unraid.

Hi, been running fine for days on a new unraid install. Today its decided that I 'cannot connect to server'. I deleted it and its folder from appdata, redownloaded same deal Tried on host and bridge same deal Tried in different browsers and on different computers same deal Th eonly red in the logs is this _XSERVTransmkdir: ERROR: euid != 0,directory /tmp/.X11-unix will not be created. Why would this work then decide its not working anymore? Very frustrating as I had the same issue with krusader on OMV that was so persistent I was forced to use Dolphin which is without doubt the ugliest interface ever. (but it works!)

I have tried this docker and the 'real' docker all I get is the login screen. I'll move onto the next photos solution life is too short.

Trying to install this, I have no GUI, browsers 'refuse to connect' Uninstalled, ditched the folder, reinstalled, same deal. Anything else I can try?

Well I have been at this for hours. I simply cannot get it to resolve to my bitwarden. SWAG says server is running. I even changed to another DNS provider (duck) and again it says its functioning. I tried to adjust the vaultwarden conf file that SWAG creates to point to my DNS address (as instructed by spaceinviaderone) but this does not work and when I restart swag the conf file is overwritten by the original. Obviously this is something I am doing wrong but any pointers would be helpful. I am following the instructions to the letter. the outcome is I see a welcome to swag not bitwarden.

Hi guys. I had this running great last year but for reasons in my own stupid mind thought I would try out OMV. Now I have returned to unraid for the life of me I cannot get Bitwarden running. I have installed swag and it seems to be running correctly saying server is ready. I don't have a domain so its going to my DDNS. Following SpaceInvaders instructions carefully I thought I was golden but when I go to my DDNS address it resolves to SWAG and not to Bitwarden. I can get to bitwarden on LAN, via the unraid address, but its set to use proxy web, along with SWAG. Spaceinvader offers a file download for 'subdomains' and skirts over this bit with barely any instruction, but I feel like I didn't need that file last time but perhaps I did? IN any case can anyone offer a suggestion why it resolves to the swag home page and not bitwarden as its driving me dolally

Hello, I dont really know how to see whats using my CPU, I see the little bars going up and down its only an 8 core CPU. Recently it seems to be mostly pegged. Things are working ok I guess, I spotted this in the process monitor: root 4206 99.8 0.0 25176 8888 tty7 Rs+ Mar09 3080:04 /usr/libexec/Xorg -novtswitch -allowMouseOpenFail -quiet -xinerama -v -s 0 -dpms -fp /usr/share/fonts/TTF vt07 -auth /var/run/slim.auth Is this something or just a snap shot in time, although to be fair I pulled it up a few times and that line is at circa 98% cpu

Thanks Strike, thats comforting. I have a unifi router so its logging and telling me whats happening and blocking these connections so I guess it is what it is. Scary out there! It took me hours to get this going so I think I will leave cloudflare tunnel alone for now lol, is that a bit like ZeroTier?

Hi all, I followed Space Invaders Ones great video on installing swag so that I can have a bitwarden server and its all working well I think. However in my unifi router, security is saying ports 180 and 1443 (forwarded from 80 and 443) are getting hit loads of times a day from around the world. Is this normal, or have a bodged up somewhere?

OK thanks for that info. As long as its working as expect I am ok. The data seems to be protected which is the main thing.

Hi Jorge, so just to confirm, I only have the one drive for cache now, so its fair not to expect that to show green? Slightly surprising as I had two disks before but they were in raid 0, which as far as I am aware means if one goes it all goes, and that always showed green across the board?

Well I made a right pigs ear of this lol. It turns out what ever was happening with that raid card, was not pass through so the disks were not recognised off of it, which is fine I had a back up, but god knows what I did with the cache. I think probably I was better to have just started again, but I didnt it all seems to be working again, however App data, ISO"s, Domains and System folders are unprotected from the parity disk. This is because I copied them to disk 1 before moving the array. Then I fked up the cache somehow so created a new pool and called that newcahce and moved those folders to it, and then moved them back. Well blah blah but ultimately they are where they should be now, but unprotected. Could I expect the next time the parity disk is checked they will come into line or is there something else I need to do?

Hi, i will be moving my unraid to another server soon. At the moment I have 4 disks for data plus a parity disk however the new server has four slots so I will remove one of the data disks, I am happy how to do this. However all the disks are currently on a controller, I want to say H700 or something similar. However the set up was pass through I think, or set up as individual single disks. i.e. not a raid or anything. I don't think this device will fit the new server. Can I expect the data on the disks to be seen do you think in the new server on the basis that controller is now gone? Also on my current server I have 4 NICs in aggregation, again this card wont fit the new server. Is there a way to delete all that config? I also have two 1 TB ssds in raid 0 as the cache. Moving forward I am thinking to just have one 500gig. Is the easiest thing just to delete current dockers and start again? My other thought was to install the 500gig in the current and cipy the dockers across but could I expect the dockers to see that data in the new server? Any other considerations, I am a bit nervous. Not for data loss its all backed up, but if I can pull this off and not have to start afreash that would be awesome! Sad to be closing down my current server, but it used 4 KwH a day, I just cannot justify it, I barely use 3% of the CPUs, but at idle it still sucks up the electric.

Hi this ran flawlessly on my iphone 11 I have just got an iphone 13 and it says 'could not connect' with my credentials which I know are correct, can someone tell me if I need to put something mores explicit in the host address, I am just putting IP, but it does not appear to even try just immediately says could not connect

Can someone please explain how I fix InfluxDB Error: Bad Gateway. Its doing my head in. I have read every thread in the world about this. Everything seems to refer to docker compose, I just feel like every docker in community apps is broken some how and I would be better off with compose lol. Any hints for a moron here? I have everything else going influxdb is receiving data and I can easily access its web gui so I know its working. I have tried entering the Ip and entering the container name nothing works

Well for me its a rhetorical question, because no it does not. I followed the instructions to set up a time machine share but it does not show on my two macs as an option. Can anyone else back up their BigSur via timemachine, what did you do different to the instructions provided?

I did a new install of roon on unraid using this docker, getting major issues. It will run for a while then becomes unstable and seems to crash or at least cannot be seen on the network the docker is running. If I restart it, it comes back but the squeezebox devices on the network can no longer be found until I restart them, then it works again for a while before the cycle restarts. A better solution would be for Unraid to just fix this issue, its a joke. I shouldn't have to do this on the 5 pcs in my house. Its not windows its Unraid, plain and simple. Other opensource products such as Freenas and OMV work flawlessly with windows. Unraid Fix Your Software!

Could someone tell me how to 'update manually'? Within plax app its tellin gme there is a server update but I have to manually install it, I have no idea how to do that.

Oh ok, so it does not run all the time, thats a shame but I guess resource heavy. That being said I dont need it running all the time.

Can anyone offer any insight to why this is happening, lots of dockers etc I would like to try but I cannot access web GUIs? I have changed their web gui ports, no dice.
