Add an option to only use the template from the App.  I.e.  the Dev has updated the Template, right now when you update an App it keeps using the existing template.

That's somewhat selectable from the template author.  Vast majority of the authors have the templates set to update, but others don't because it causes some issues at times.

Not all elements in the template get updated, but new ports, descriptions etc do.

As an author how do I set the template to update?  I have updated on docker-templates on github.  So far I have had to uninstall with image and then delete the user template so it takes the updated template.

The entry in the XML is TemplateURL

If you install via Apps, it's already filled out appropriately.  If you're not then you have to manually edit the xml and add the entry with the appropriate URL to the raw file (not a blob)
