Kam
Hi everybody, I received a message from @ljm42 asking to reinstall the MyServer plugin because it was not responding. I deleted it but then I realized CA plugin cannot access the internet. I get the following message : Quote Download of appfeed failed. Community Applications requires your server to have internet access. The most common cause of this failure is a failure to resolve DNS addresses. You can try and reset your modem and router to fix this issue, or set static DNS addresses (Settings - Network Settings) of 208.67.222.222 and 208.67.220.220 and try again. Alternatively, there is also a chance that the server handling the application feed is temporarily down. See also this post for more information Last JSON error Recorded: Syntax error At first I thought it would come from the DNS, but I've changed it to google, cloudflares and opendns both for Unraid and my router and it still doesn't work. I'm able to ping github and various other servers though. So it is not a DNS issue. I've whitelisted my server on my router, and no parental control is active. I tried to download the diagnostics file but the web gui freezes when I do. I managed to do it via ssh but I don't know the option to anonymize it. The thing is I don't know where to look at. I've tried searching through this forum, but the few things I saw and/or tried either don't match my issue or don't work. Do anyone have any thought on what I should be looking for ? Thanks for reading PS: I'm running Unraid Version 6.9.2 2021-04-07 Edit: So here is the diagnostics file, Thanks kus-diagnostics-20220929-1450.zip Edited October 3, 2022 by Kam Problem solved Quote Link to comment

ChatNoir
I see that you uploaded the diag file after the fact. It's better to do a new post so people that already read the thread are informed of a change. For this time, my post will do that. Quote Link to comment
ljm42
This isn't a networking problem, the logs are filled with this. Solution JorgeB Posted September 30, 2022 Solution Share Posted September 30, 2022 Those errors come from a 120GB Kingston SSD, it looks to be unassigned, is it being used? If not unplug it, in any case reboot and post new diags after array start. Quote Link to comment
Squid
Did you change anything since updating CA? (It was up to date). If CA was able to be updated, then there shouldn't be any issues with it downloading the feed. And you did ping github from the OS, not another system? Quote Link to comment

So thank you very much ! I'll remove it tomorrow and let you know if it works better then 🤞 Thanks again Quote Link to comment
Kam
So that was it ! Once I removed the bad SSD the problem was solved, and it looks like other issues too It's a bit confusing that a failing unassigned disk causes a network error, though... Anyway, thanks everybody for the help ! 1 Quote Link to comment

I didn't changed anything. Looks like it was just the corrupted SSD causing it. Thanks Quote Link to comment
