PhAzE
I'm convinced it's not related to mono, but the urlencode I added to the RC file. If it doesn't pass the settings properly they will be blank in the config file and then the problem starts. I'm going to revert that change I think. Quote Link to comment
crazygambit
Did you ever get around to do that? I tried again last night and it wasn't working for me. I wonder if I'm gonna have to reboot. I'd like to avoid that if possible. Quote Link to comment
PhAzE
Check /boot/config/plugins/Sonarr/Sonarr.cfg Is all the strings in there are correct, your good to reboot. If not, fix then in there first, save, then reboot. I'm going to revert the urlencode back to how it was prior for the next update. Quote Link to comment
tyrindor
Did you ever get around to do that? I tried again last night and it wasn't working for me. I wonder if I'm gonna have to reboot. I'd like to avoid that if possible. Rebooting fixed it for me and my friend, but also wiped our sonarr configs... so definitely backup if you decide to go that route. Quote Link to comment
crazygambit
I stopped the array and I had to manually kill a few mono processes that kept running and wouldn't let unraid unmount the disks. I started the array again (without rebooting, which I'm trying to avoid if at all possible for various reasons) and it said Sonarr start OK, but it doesn't show on the webgui and when I go to the settings page it says stopped. I tried starting it again and it says OK, but doesn't actually start. I guess I'll give a reboot a try tomorrow when I have more time, but otherwise I'm out of ideas. Quote Link to comment
PhAzE
Make sure you check /boot/config/plugins/Sonarr/Sonarr.cfg to make sure your settings are correct before you reboot. Quote Link to comment
crazygambit
Make sure you check /boot/config/plugins/Sonarr/Sonarr.cfg to make sure your settings are correct before you reboot. Other than the directory with my config files do I need to check anything else? As an experiment I tried unistalling all of your plugins and then stopping the array. After starting again I tried installing Sonarr and got the install file not found error again. Last time when I manually changed the config file I got no error, but the program still didn't load, I have no idea if it was downloaded or not. Edit: I'd also like to thank you for your help and super fast responses. It's really appreciated. Quote Link to comment
PhAzE
Backup your config folder entirely. Then after the reboot, verify the config folder and it should start up Quote Link to comment
crazygambit
Ok it worked. It did wipe all my settings though. Good thing you told me to back them up. Quote Link to comment

PhAzE
Looks like your cache drive (or at least your Plex folder) is read only. In fact it looks more like permissions problem. What user do you run Plex as normally? You can try this from console: chown -R nobody:users /mnt/cache/Plugins/Plex That assumes you run this plugin as user nobody, which is the default user. Test it again and if that doesn't work try this after: chmod -R 777 /mnt/cache/Plugins/Plex Test again, if it's still not working, there may be other problems causing this in your drive. beck162
I usually run as root. But the login page won't accept any changes. I'll try those console commands. Quote Link to comment
PhAzE
I recommend against running as root typically for security reasons, but also all my plugins work just fine as nobody user. If you want to run as root, the chown command would use root:root instead of nobody:users Quote Link to comment

I'm thinking I might as well add a paragraph saying if scrub doesn't help, all we know to do is - copy off what you can, reformat, and copy it back! (Obviously an undesirable course of action.) I suspect if you try this, you may have to reformat as ReiserFS first (it's quick), then reformat as BTRFS. I hope you'll report your experiences, one way or another. Quote Link to comment
beck162
Ok, I've copied my files out, and reformatted my cache drive REISERFS. I uninstalled all the plugins and went to reinstall them. I got SABnzbd installed relatively easily, I copied to old config dir over and it seems like it should be. I installed CouchPotato and even though I've copied the config over, it's still going straight to wizard mode when I load it. No big deal, I can rebuild that. Sonarr on the other hand is giving me a ton of problems. When I install the plugin the default install location is /usr something. I change that to /mnt/cache/Plugins/Sonarr (/Plugins is where my other plugins are located) but the plugin page won't commit with that location. Sometimes it will and it will say "Install failed: install file missing" (or something like that) and then I saw a "failed integrity test" error when I tried it again. I accidentally installed it on the default /usr location and it said "running" like it normally does. I would like it on my cache drive like all the others. Not sure what could be causing this now too. I recommend updating to these latest versions to avoid those issues. Once you have updated the plugin, please go into the plugin settings page, and make sure your settings are correct, and press APPLY.
