Looks to be an issue in the Share Floor plugin, should report in the support thread for that.

Ahhh, will do! Thanks!

Recieved an Update today (at least for me)

Had my interest die halfway through a plugin update. Leaving in a state of limbo.
Should I just manually remove the plugin file on the usb stick & reinstall?

Hey everyone,

I am wondering why my latest templates are not recognized by CA?
https://github.com/maschhoff/docker/tree/master/unraid%20xml
A lot of templates are ready to install via CA - the repo is setup for CA a long time ago.
These templates are not listed under Statistics / Invalid Templates or Temlpate Errors.
So any idea why iMapSyncWeb or webMC will not be listed?

Thanks very much!

Thats easy - build a running Container with Unraid. Just add a new Container and configure it right away.
For every container you setup you will find a template in /boot/config/plugins/dockerMan/templates-user/
copy that file and make it match to that xml format here:

https://forums.unraid.net/topic/42808-plugin-templates-for-ca-appstore/

Register for a new CA contributor - you will find all information there:

cheers!

Webmc just appeared on last update 10 mins ago. Remember CA updates on a 2h schedule, not live

I’ve noticed that some plugins are being added to CA even though they do not meet the requirement of having a support link to the Unraid forum. Normally, they should appear under Statistics > Template Errors, unless something has changed and I’m not aware of it.

Hi, how do I update from a very old version of the CA plugin?
I have just updated one of my servers from a 2022 release up to Unraid 7.0.1 and my "Apps" tab does not load properly and just shows a spinner forever.

The current installation instructions indicate you can get the plugin from the Apps tab which is a problem for me as it will not load.

Can I use the URL of a plg file to update? Where can I find that URL?

My CA plugin version is 2022.04.03. The plugins page says that version 2024.12.14 is available. But when I click Update the output seems to indicate it is just staying on 2022.04.03. And also when I refresh the Plugins page it still says I'm on 2022.04.03. And I guess this is still kind of problematic because the actual latest version of CA seems to be 2026.05.15gh.

Here is the output I get when I try to update the plugin by pressing the Update button.

Hey
I submitted my repo featherdrop but it shows the repository/maintainer name ‚featherdrop'. Please rename it to ‚junkerderprovinz' so it matches my other apps (Krusader etc.), or remove the entry so I can re-add it with the correct name.

GitHub: https://github.com/junkerderprovinz/featherdrop

Thanks!

Hey guys, someone maybe knows why these "yunkan" containers keep re-appearing under "recently added" every few days?

grafik.png

The templates are found here

云瞰 YunKan — Unraid Community Applications 模板仓库(CPU / OpenVINO / CUDA 3 个 amd64 变体) - mrtian2016/yunkan-unraid-templates

but i cannot see any reason why they are re-added all the time, i just see they update the "changes" part in the templates when its updated.

Its super annoying to see them every few days again and again.

Noticed that as well and thought maybe I was remembering wrong...

I'd also like to add a few more observations.

The download-based sorting doesn't seem to be working correctly. Some plugins that previously ranked higher have moved much further down the list. On the https://ca.unraid.net/plugins page, some older plugins are being displayed as "new", and plugins that previously showed around 2,000 downloads are now showing 0 or only a handful of downloads.

It also appears that downloads are not being counted at all for some plugins. Their download counts have remained unchanged for weeks.

I also mentioned in a previous post that support links for many newer plugins do not appear to meet the stated requirement of linking to the support forum. I've seen plugins that only provide a Discord link instead.

Another small inconsistency is that the CA version is shown as 2026.05.15gh, but the changelog displays it with a future date.

For a profile with multiple apps, is it preferred to have a single shared repo or a dedicated repo per app on github?

I submitted an app as a dedicated repo, but I changed my mind and want to use a single shared repository (unraid-templates). Is it possible to change the github repo after an app is submitted and published?

You must have a single repo.

If anyone figures out how to submit an additional plugin or have it detected in the form please let me know.

I’m using the 1 repository which contains the profile.xml and app.xml’s. My repository is detected but doesn’t detect the new .xml.

EDIT: Turns out as long as your plugin template .xml is in your CA repository it’ll auto detect for review.

Is there a way to turn off community apps from loading containers and just show plugins?

I don't use containers any more, but I still use plugins.

If CA is moving away from the Unraid tab to a new website what’s the install process going to look like? I don’t see any install buttons on the new website.

No change, it's not for use on your server, it's so that people can browse CA without already having an Unraid system.

E.g. potential new customers, app devs who want to make a template and check it's there but who are not using Unraid themselves...

Thanks. I guess the part of the announcement about it having a new home made me think it was moving.

The CA preview moved from being a page on the main LT site to being its own site.
