Can you try increasing the timeouts in the settings ?

 

Also, try setting manual timeout to 0 and add the server manually.

 

What unRAID version are you running ?

 

 

Upped timeout to 10,000 for auto and manual.

Manual just goes back to the empty server screen and auto skips my server's IP as if the timeout setting is 0?

I also attempted this with timeout of 0, same result.

I am experiencing this identical issue. I just installed the iOS app and unRaid plugin. iphone 6 plus running iOS 10.2

I've just submitted for review an app update.

 

It fixes the issue with the app hanging when invoking an operation.

 

Also some additional debug logic.

 

I'll post back when it's available in the stores.

No it is set to "Automatic" It is static from the router though, so it never changes.

Ok, v2.3.1 is now available on both stores (or should be pretty soon)

 

This is a maintenance release:

- Fix issue where the app hangs after invoking a server operation

- Update network stack

- Add debug logic

 

Also in this release:

- General improvements and bug fixes

 

It should help troubleshoot some connection issues.

Sadly I still cannot connect  both the plugin and iOS app are updated.

 

Edit: I will say it sits and spins for longer than the previous version. It acts like it's trying.

Well, another user was able to connect to the server .. it was a port matter.

 

Please use the unRAID webGUI's port in the app, this is the officlal port to use.

 

just purchased this to show support for dev, just literally going through the initial config right now, spotted a minor issue in that ContrlR tries to verify your ip address before you have finished when adding a server manually, maybe verify ip address is valid only when you switch field not after each octet is entered?.

I have a small visual issue on my tablet, some option use two lines, like OPS, VMS, LOGS, I tried the smaller text option but it's the same, although it doesn't really make sense since bigger options like DOCKERS and SHARES appear fine, also it's the same in portrait or landscape.

The next release is an update to the core libraries, I'll check if there's something that may fix this.

Honestly, I'm not completely sure, but I'll look into it.

 

If this means I need a separate codebase, I'll most likely not do it.

i hope you can do it, app dont look good on the ipad with iphone resolution, just my opinion

Hey there, been using your app a log time. I noticed the logs section required a plugin to work. I've installed and enabled the plugin however I still don't seem to be able to get any logs shown (Android device).

 

Any ideas?

I actually came here to ask the very same question. Bought the app roughly 2 weeks ago, installed the plugin 10 minutes later, nothing has ever shown up under logs.

i hope you can do it, app dont look good on the ipad with iphone resolution, just my opinion

Do they show anything unusual ? Like a warning or error ?

It shows no activity (other than starting/stopping).

 

Can you access the plugin's web ui (http://<server>:2378/) ? That should log something.

 

Let me know how it goes, eventually I'll pm you to further troubleshoot.

Sorry for the delay. The page loads but when i try to login it says unable to connect to server. 401 unauthorised.

 

I've not bothered as my server is in my home adding a password to the default root user could this be the cause?

jbrodriguez, it does appear that ControlR needs some modifications for 6.3.0-rc9  http://lime-technology.com/forum/index.php?topic=55988.0  We found a missing csrf_token error during rc8 testing.
