they do reference something called gputop, which is a horrible name to look for. But also nvtop, which you could get relatively easily via un-get

i have the intel-gpu-top installed and nvtop installed. Maybe im in the wrong area Im just looking for the GPU stats plugin to get the data Ill message over there. When im in terminal and enter NVTOP i see the stats.

Only Intel GPU TOP is supported by GPU Statistics and Intel GPU TOP doesn't support Battlemage IIRC.
NVTOP doesn't support outputting values via json so therefore NVTOP is not supported in GPU Statistics, it's a CLI only tool for now.

Is there anyway to reset the plugin? After unmounting drives and mounting, the LED on the NAS never changes back to green. Although it does change to red upon removal/unmount of the drives.

Greetings all - new to Unraid, quick question.

I downloaded the Ugreen LEDs driver plugin from CA. The version that gets installed and shows up-to-date is 6.12.54-Unraid from October 22nd 2025. The github shows the latest version is 6.18.20-Unraid from ~2 weeks ago.

How would one update the plugin to the latest release or does it even matter? Tried downloading the .txz file from GitHub, extracting, and installing manually but it is not a .plg file and Unraid doesn't like it.

The Plugin date almost never changes but that doesn't mean that you have an outdated version since the plugin downloads the packages for your running Unraid version which is the date you see on GitHub.

You don't have to do anything usually, install the plugin and reboot.

Remove the plugin, reboot, install the plugin again, reboot.

HI all,

Hoping someone can help me, got a new intel 358H with the B390 igpu. For the life of me i cant get it working, have tried a number of things. Is it just that this igpu isnt supported? it does show up in device in system devices, i can select it in GPU statistics it also comes up in lspci | grep VGA

I'm not 100% sure since you didn't post Diagnostics but the GPU drivers are bundled with the base OS, Intel GPU TOP is just an executable that shows usage from the Intel GPUs (not working across all GPUs AFAIK).

I think your iGPU is working as expected:

ok thanks for having a look appreciate it!!!. trying to work out, anytime i do anything that requires GPU (plex, frigate etc) it just maxes out the CPU cores like its not using the GPU at all.

Oh okay, that would be maybe better suited in the correct subforums for the containers, since if you've passed through /dev/dri to the containers everything should work since I see that you have /dev/dri/card0 and /dev/dri/renderD128 in your Diagnostics.

Yeah i have passed dev/dri through - will try in the separate forums. Grateful for your time and help!!!

hi i'm using msi z890 pro A motherboard. installed Application Icon Nuvoton NCT6687 Driver. was able to see the fans and the fans speed no problem. however i'm not able to control it using any of the fan control plugin. is there a possibility it is related to this? https://github.com/Fred78290/nct6687d/pull/142. thank you

Yeah, seems like it's not working for many people.

However if the driver is not working for you I would recommend creating an Issue on GitHub in that repository with your exact details and possibly also Diagnostics.

Sorry, but did they update anything, that issue was over a year old which I overlooked.

If you are on the latest Unraid version you should also have the newest driver version.

Well in this case, I will have to set up everything in IPMI as nothing besides "coretemp" sensor is visible in unraid, also I did following command:
modprobe nct6687 force=1 manual=1

And after this I could finally see some:

NCT6687-ISA-0290

A lot of readings but most of them inaccurate like 0, 255 etc but some fan's are visible.

Is there anything I could do?
