Any idea why my firewall is triggering a rule for IP 54.70.72.154 which resolves to backup.unraid.net? Is there something "non-standard" being done, and is it safe to ignore this alert? Thanks.

[6.1.1.0] USB boot drive failure after 1st March 2023 with Myservers Plugin version <2023.03.09.1140
I've had my usb boot drive fail. I've replaced this and restored from backup. No issues here. I've found myself in the following situation: 1) System boots as expected from new USB drive. Hi there! There appears to be an issue with GPU passthrough. I had GPU passthorugh working on 6.9.0-rc2 fine, using the latest approach to vfio binding I could find (using /boot/config/vfio-pci.cfg). For some information about vfio setup, please have a look on the screenshots. Moving this error report to the current release bug report page The BSOD error is: DRIVER IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL (iwigig.sys) Issue doesn't happen in 6.9.2 but does on new versions including the most up to date version. Unraid 6.11.5 Recently, probably after ug to 6.11.5, the built-in network adapter resets and I losing connection with the server, and have to cut the power to get it up again. The Nic is connected with 2.5Gbit/s to a 2.5Gbit/s-capable switch. I haven't tried this on 6.10, but I just went back and forth between 6.9 and 6.11, both with fresh installations, and on different motherboards and GPUs. Seabios GPU passthrough doesn't appear to work on 6.11; all I get is a black screen. It works perfectly fine on 6.9 on all my machines. In all these installations, I'm able to pass through GPUs just fine with OVMF. Something appears to be broken with the current implementation of Seabios. Hi, Since 6.11.5 upgrades, each time I run a parity check, write to the array or use the mover, the parities are running at 60-70MB/s, while before the upgrade, it was at 170-180MB/s. I am playing around with a USB enclosure. I knew this enclosure didn't report serial numbers or SMART correctly and in the device page it was no surprise to essentially see an empty list under device attributes. Having an issue with latest stable [6.10.3] with regards to onboard Dual LAN with Intel® X540 10GBase-T Ethernet Controller network ports. When this happens, the server needs to be rebooted in order to recover the network connectivity however I do have access to the server locally if additional commands need to be ran against it prior to reboot. I've recently created a brand new unraid server. After setting everything up I used the Community Apps to install My Servers but when I go to login I get an error. Hi, Debugging this is on my bosses server. I think the newline weirdness is from when he's copied the a string from an InDesign document and pasted that into Photoshop to use as the filename and MacOS seems fine with newlines in filenames. He's then copied the files to the Unraid server and that's worked fine and gone into the cache drive. However, when the Mover kicks in, it fails to copy the file from the cache to the hard drives because of the newline char.

I just wiped my old time machine share since I reconfigured my disks and removed one. That share was originally set to use only Disk 8. I've now set up my time machine share to only use Disk 7. I verified there were no Time Machine folders on any drive before I set up the new share. After starting a Time Machine backup I noticed that Disk 8 had activity and not Disk 7. I opened Disk 8 folder to see that there was now a time machine folder and it had data in it.

In the current version, Docker page loads very slowly. I opened the debugging tool and observed that the requests were being blocked and remained in a "Pending" state. Went down a long rabbit hole and came to this conclusion (at the end of the thread). It appears that the GUI on my system is reporting that all drives are currently running a SMART test. Just started getting this error in the logs within the last 48 to 72hrs, I know this as I'm regularly checking the logs for errors after rebooting while testing out syslinux edits and the likes for VMs that are not working. I'm on the latest stable firmware 6.11.5 I've attached my diagnostics logs which indeed have the error recorded, Should I be worried about these errors as I'm not having any stability issues etc. Also i did reply to a thread on pre-release

I had the same problem with 6.11.0 hoped that the update would fix! Shutting down my Windows 11 VM causes major issues, I quickly lose access to my docker apps and also the main GUI so have to do hard reset! Stutting down my Chrome OS VM doesn't cause major issues that I've noticed but my monitor stays on, it's like it's not swiching off the GPU. First noticed this problem a few weeks ago with 6.11.0 rc4. After rebooting into rc4 a few hours went by and then I started getting email alerts that multiple drives were overheating. I came downstairs and was met with complete silence. ALL of the fans in my server case were off. I rebooted and the fans spun up upon reboot but a few hours later it happened again.
