Are you scheduled checks correcting or non-correcting? If correcting then you would expect no errors the next time you run a check.
We do, however, recommend that scheduled checks are set non-correcting so that hardware playing up does not corrupt parity. That gives you a chance to correct any hardware issues while parity remains valid.
