  1. Looks like it needs a quirk, but please post the diagnostics.
  2. There's something else reading from disks 1 and 5, looks like it's cache dirs: root 7894 0.1 0.0 5580 3684 ? 3. Diags are just after rebooting, but likely the cache device is dropping offline because of being USB, post new diags after it happens again.
  4. Enable the syslog server and post that after a crash.
  5. Post the output of blkid and fdisk -l /dev/sdb
  6. Like mentioned I can't help with that setting, not sure if @dlandoncan.
  7. Some good info here: https://forums.unraid.net/topic/123901-plex-issues-upon-upgrade-to-6101/?do=findComment&comment=1138715 more specifically about rclone and sonar/radar/plex https://forums.unraid.net/topic/75436-guide-how-to-use-rclone-to-mount-cloud-drives-and-play-files/page/115/#comment-1140504
  8. Enable the syslog server and post that after a crash.
  9. Diags are after rebooting but if the device is dropping also add pcie_aspm=off to syslinux to see if helps.
  10. /mnt/user permission are wrong, type chmod 777 /mnt/user
  11. This error is fatal, it means some writes were lost and the device/controller lied about them, it's usually a device firmware or controller problem, you should backup the data and re-format the disk. Also note that there's corruption detected on disk2, you should run a scrub.
  12. Yep, but he had if configured to: IMAGE_FILE="/mnt/user/domains/libvirt.img" So I was telling him to copy to the configured path
  13. Enable the syslog server and post that after a crash together with the complete diagnostics.
  14. Nope, do you need to use access based share enum = yes ?
  15. Start here: https://forums.unraid.net/topic/46802-faq-for-unraid-v6/?do=findComment&comment=819173
  16. Disk5 dropped offline so there's no SMART, but before that it was reporting media errors, check/replace cables and post new diags after array start.
  17. The Marvell controller has or is connected to a SATA port multiplier, those should be avoid, Marvell controllers by itself should also be avoided.
  18. Do a new config, re-assign all drives to their original slots and check "parity is already valid" before starting the array, also recommend updating the LSI firmware to latest.
  19. I believe the NIC is x4, so even an x8 slot should not cause any issues, not sure what it could be, if it's possible try reverting the BIOS to the one you were using before, to rule that out.
  20. Only if there wasn't any data there, or everything would be lost.
  21. You can, assuming SATA drives the cables should not be longer than 1m, and better if they are shorter.
  22. You can boot using the GUI mode then change the config, or rename/delete /boot/network.cfg, it will go back to default and use DHCP.
