  1. Since the disks dropped offline there were no SMART reports, so post new diags now after array start, but the disks should be OK.
  2. Backup current flash drive, recreate using the USB tool or manually, restore the config folder from the backup.
  3. If you want to try again do it and if you see the same please post the diagnostics.
  4. Log is being spammed with these: Nov 21 15:25:59 Unraid kernel: ACPI BIOS Error (bug): Failure creating named object [\_SB.PC00.PEG1.PEGP._DSM.USRG], AE_ALREADY_EXISTS (20220331/dsfield-184) Nov 21 15:25:59 Unraid kernel: ACPI Error: AE_ALREADY_EXISTS, CreateBufferField failure (20220331/dswload2-477) This is a BIOS issue, look for a BIOS update.
  5. There's filesystem corruption on the NVMe device, best bet is to backup and re-format that filesystem.
  6. Don't understand what you mean but assuming you've copied from a user share to another, and not from a user share to a disk share or vice versa, if the data is missing not much you can do other than restore from a backups or use some file recovery util like UFS explorer.
  7. Copy the vdisk from the array back to cache replacing the old one.
  8. Parity2 also appears to be failing, disk3 looks OK, do you know if something was written to the emulated disk3 after it got disabled?
  9. What was the capacity of the other device?
  10. Most likely the former, but could be both.
  11. The screenshot doesn't show the complete call trace, if the server crashed, preventing the download of the diags before rebooting, enable the syslog server and post that if it happens again.
  12. Noting is moved automatically from one array disk to another. Move the libvirt.img to another disk, docker image can easily be recreated, but you can also move it if you prefer.
  13. It's strange, try moving the vdisk to the array, VM must be off, see if there are any errors, if there aren't move it back.
  14. Then why is it being rebuilt? Was it added as a new disk or used to upgrade a smaller disk? Also note that when you remove it from the enclosure the name is going to change so Unraid will report it missing.
  15. As you need, with ipvlan it should not cause issues either way.
  16. Try switching to ipvlan (Settings -> Docker Settings -> Docker custom network type -> ipvlan (advanced view must be enabled, top right)).
  17. Diags are after the disks got disabled, so we can't see what happened, but both disks look healthy, if UDMA CRC errors keep increasing replace the SATA cables, but note that they don't reset, as long as it doesn't keep increasing it's fixed, also a good idea to updated the LSI firmware to latest.
