  1. Copy the new key over the old one again, it's the *.key file.
  2. If you are using a different flash drive you need to replace the key: https://wiki.unraid.net/Manual/Changing_The_Flash_Device
  3. It does look like a disk problem, though possibly an intermittent one, so not a bad idea to replace it.
  4. Cache fs is crashing during balance, best bet is to backup and re-format.
  5. For the mcvlan errors change docker network to ipvlan.
  6. If you know the correct disk assignments don't restore super.dat and just reassign all the disks, you can restore the rest of the config folder.
  7. Parity and disk3 are disabled, which by itself is strange, but without parity disk3 can't be emulated, do a new config with all disks except parity and start the array then post new diags.
  8. Try changing some setting for both (or change something and change back) so that new files are saved.
  9. LSI is flashed to raid mode, you should flash it to IT mode, note that it will require a new config because all drives identification will change.
  10. Is this known good hardware, i.e., was it working reliably with a different OS before? If yes try v6.9, if not run memtest.
  11. Yes, as long as all errors were corrected you're fine, keep monitoring to see if the device drops again. Reboot for the libvirt issue.
  12. UD requires the disks to have a partition, e.g., /dev/sdx1, disks without a partition cannot be mounted by UD, you can still mount them manually. P.S: there's an existing support thread for the plugin, in the future please use that.
  13. Tell me about it, looking at my post history, this was my first Unraid server, from 2007: Asus A8N-SLI Deluxe Onboard Nforce controller with 4 x Seagate 500gb SATA Onboard Sil3114 with 1 x Seagate 500gb SATA + 1 x WD 250gb SATA PCI Sil3112 with 2 x WD 250gb SATA Another PCI Sil3112 with 2 x WD 250gb SATA lol, 10 disks for a little over 3TB of usable space.
  14. https://forums.unraid.net/bug-reports/prereleases/how-to-install-prereleases-and-report-bugs-r8/
  15. You can also point to the old images on Docker/VMs settings, services must be off but array can be running.
  16. Aug 26 08:09:34 KeiserUnraid root: Creating new image file: /mnt/user/system/libvirt/libvirt.img size: 1G A new libvirt.img was created, hence the VMs being gone, do you have a backup? Also search the server, in case there's another one somewhere: find /mnt -name libvirt.img
  17. Aug 26 08:09:13 KeiserUnraid kernel: BTRFS info (device nvme1n1p1): bdev /dev/nvme0n1p1 errs: wr 1929853063, rd 1603059662, flush 20523883, corrupt 0, gen 0 This means device nvme1n1 dropped offline at some point in the post, run a scrub, see here for more info and better pool monitoring.
  18. VM configuration/settings would revert, if there were any changes since, any data in the vdisks would remain.
  19. Use a Molex to SATA adapter to make sure it's not the 3.3v issue.
  20. See if you don't get the stale error, if you don't it's likely plugin related.
  21. Unraid driver is crashing, this appears to sometimes happen with some hardware/kernel combinations, try updating to v6.11.0-rc4, very different kernel might help.
  22. I already replied in your general support thread, this is a new one, looks like for some reason it's mounting device sda as disk1, you should wipe/disconnect that device, but first post the output of: btrfs fi show
