the original one no addons it is a KNOWN problem all over the board I am just trying to find out why??? why you cannot restart the webgui SOMEONE CLOSE THIS THREAD PLEASE.................... it's pointless

what I am talking about is, once in while i just take a glance at the web gui to see all is well on my unRAID box. but when i browse to it the page does not load and I HAVE TO REBOOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!! this makes no sense.... [all the shares are fine and i can get a putty session and all seems well with the box except the main page][i am NOT the first and only one to talk about this] just wanna know why the web gui is so crap???

why why why :-\ :-\ :-\ :-\ :-\ :-\ :-\ after all this time and development does the web gui still become non responsive? and don't ask for syslog's 'cause that is not the point... unmenu ALWAYS works fine... :o :D and.. and.. there is no way to restart it!!!!!

does BTRFS function more like ZFS where you need drives same size in pool sets or does it work more like unRAID where different sizes can be used and the parity must just be biggest ?

Did you consult the wiki already ? Note that the script looks for these names: CPU Temp MB Temp Make sure you have labels with these names above. I am sorry for wasting your time the only place I did not look was the UNraid wiki and honestly that was the first place to start

thanks I was looking for confirmation like this my thinking was the same clear all errors and keep a close watch for more.. my main reason for this post was ALWAYS make sure clean parity and no errors before moving versions and i want to go from 5.0 to 5.0.3 ....so would you?

there is no mistake, it was done like this to show that there was no hardware errors after the first parity check

Hey all I just had a disk give me errors in a parity check. did another parity check and all fine. then did a long smart check as per this post http://lime-technology.com/wiki/index.php?title=The_Analysis_of_Drive_Issues#Drive_media_issue_.231 the long smart test gave me a finish time and now i am posting everything but if i read the smart.txt it says in there "Self-test execution status: ( 242) Self-test routine in progress... 20% of test remaining." so i am now not sure what my next step is... please find attached my syslog files for after the first parity check and then after the second parity check and also the smart.txt generated AFTER the time given to me by the console when i ran the test [i gave it 10 mins after the time specified by smartctl] any help would be GREATLY appreciated thanks syslog.after.1st.parity.check.txt syslog.after.2nd.parity.check.txt smart.txt

Disgusting that you have to protect a site for this type of thing. Why? That's the same thing as saying "Disgusting that you have to lock your house before going on holiday". Why is that also not disgusting? People shouldn't have to worry about getting things stolen from them. +1
