No file system, tried running xfs repair and got input/output error
That doesn't look bad. What about disk5?

Very Slow Rebuild After Swapping in New Drive
USB not recommended for assigned disks for many reasons. This sounds like a power issue.

No file system, tried running xfs repair and got input/output error
That is the correct command for disk1 assuming you aren't using encryption. Did it ask you to do -L?
- Unraid 7.2.4 stopped responding. Hard reboot, now all Dockers, Plugins and Shares are just.... Gone.

Filesystem Corruption (XFS) on Multiple Disks (6 & 9) Following Rebuild
I have a network tuner I use with Plex so I don't have any experience with that. You could just try removing Plex and reinstalling it from Previous Apps on the Apps page. It should keep your libraries since they are in appdata. Or, click on Plex icon and select Support to see where that takes you.

Apr 12 17:44:34 unRAID rc.docker: Plex-Media-Server: Error response from daemon: error gathering device information while adding custom device "/dev/dvb": no such file or directorySeems like it is configured to include a tuner but doesn't find one.

65535 is a suspicious number, the largest 16-bit number, might even represent -1 like if it decremented from zero. Did you do this from the webUI or the command line? Several ways to get the command line wrong.

bad disk? wrong size replacement, copying parity and a nightmare
Don't see how parity could possibly be valid then.

Deleting a User Share does not remove share config from /boot
Just wondering if there was an alternative to trying to do things before the array starts.

Reboot in SAFE mode so no plugins are loaded and see if that helps

Disks and pools are mounted, user shares are not. But something is trying to access user shares, perhaps too early. Perhaps some rogue plugin, you have a large number of plugins.

4 corrupted disks?
They have disconnected and are now unassigned. They are all on the same controller. Cooling?

[HELP] Disk 12 and 13 DISK_DSBL after adding 2 new drives — trailing 0 flag in dmesg **updated**
Do you mean you plugged in the new disks while the array was started?
-
copied unRaid to new, larger USB - but the disk size isn't properly reflected?
You appear to have 2 usb drives plugged in. Did you not remove the original flash drive? Unrelated, SSDs in the array cannot be trimmed.

[HELP] Disk 12 and 13 DISK_DSBL after adding 2 new drives — trailing 0 flag in dmesg **updated**
Common mistake, maybe the DONE button on that page should say CANCEL instead.

Probably clicked DONE instead of APPLY.

unraid share sub directory not showing contents on disks include in share
Or just copy what you can from it and reformat as XFS/btrfs/ZFS

unraid share sub directory not showing contents on disks include in share
You might have to pull it out and see what Windows can do with it.
