WireGuard quickstart
I am struggling with this. I am trying to get a tunnel so all of my traffic goes through Wireguard. I am connecting okay and can access my unRaid server and other servers on the main LAN just fine. I can't access any internet sites though. It feels like a DNS issue but I think I have it all setup as I should. uNRAID IP: 192.168.44.10 Router/DNS : 192.168.44.254 Wireguard config:- Router static route:-

Mac access on SMB won't work for private shares
- Mac access on SMB won't work for private shares
I am finding that unless I open up the shares so they are secure as opposed to private - i.e. guest has read only then the Mac won't connect to them? I get the dreaded "The operation can't be completed because the original item for 'myfolder' can't be found" Anyone got any ideas how to get SMB working correctly on Macs. I've got a few smart devices in the home now and would like to tighten up security on my shares so you can't read what is on them without username and password.- Unraid 14th Birthday Case Badge Giveaway

I just tried moving from the limetech image to this one and once I'd fiddled to match the config folder structure it all worked fine. However I'm getting the odd transcoding error viewing a film on an iPad that doesn't happen with the limetech one? Any ideas as to what the cause could be?- [Plugin] rclone
I have a strange issue, I have rclone setup for OneDrive as well as Dropbox. Both appear to work correctly, I can SSH to my server and see files in both. I have a sabnzbd script which processes certain downloads and moves them into a folder in DropBox which works fine. As soon as I change the location to the same named folder in OneDrive is fails with permission denied. Not too sure how to go about diagnosing it. Looking at the detailed ls output they are both showing drwxrwxrwx- [GUIDE] Fix Nvidia Code 43 Issue on Nvidia GPU

Same here, but I have managed to get myself up and running. I went down the patching the drivers route but it didn't work as you have to stay in test signing mode and it breaks games. So you need to stop Windows automatically updating drivers via the Advanced system properties hardware tab. Then I ran the driver uninstaller to clean out all traces of previous drivers. https://www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-driver-uninstaller-download.html Then find driver version 378.78 and install that as well as set this <kvm> <hidden state='on'/> </kvm> Not sure what worked but I am up and running again. The only fly in the ointment might be whether the 1070 of yours is supported by those drivers. Although given it has been working flawlessly it does seem strange it suddenly broke without you changing the drivers in the VM...- [GUIDE] Fix Nvidia Code 43 Issue on Nvidia GPU
Do you have to leave the PC in test signing mode for this to continue working? I removed test signing mode but then Windows wouldn't load the patched driver. however in test mode, a lot of games like Fortnite won't run :(- ControlR (Android/iOS app for unRAID)
Okay I managed to fix this. Even though my server was set to SSL -> No. The box for the SSL port was greyed out but had a value of 8443 in it. This is used in my nginx config (for boring reasons) and so some sort of conflict must be happening even though I have SSL set to No. I set it back to Auto, this enabled the box, changed the SSL port to something not used anywhere and then set SSL back to No. All working now.- ControlR (Android/iOS app for unRAID)
Are you expecting that only the web gui should be intercepting port 443? If so that isn't a good assumption I think. I am running the unRAID on port 80, with 443 being reverse proxied to a bunch of stuff.- [Plugin] controlrd
I've got the same issue. It redirects me to 2379 and then can't connect. I am running an nginx/let's encrypt container as a reverse proxy for a bunch of docker containers and a VPN. So all 443 traffic goes to this container. I am not sure why ControlR is trying to do anything with SSL/443 at all, I specified port 80 in the app and I have unRAID set to https = no in settings.- ControlR (Android/iOS app for unRAID)
Yes sorry I should have been clearer. I have bought it already, seems to work fine but I do get the odd time where it won't show me VMs, dockers etc. Not sure why and can't reproduce it all the time.- ControlR (Android/iOS app for unRAID)
Unfortunately I switched from an iPhone to Android over the weekend and so cannot investigate further!- [Support] binhex - Plex Pass
Sorry for being a bit thick but I have searched and can't find the answer. What does the PlexPass version of the server give me? I thought there was just one version and you got to use extra features if you have PlexPass. I do have lifetime PlexPass but have been using the limetech Plex docker for a few years. If I moved to this would it have more features? and how can I migrate from one to the other?- ControlR (Android/iOS app for unRAID)
Not that I’m aware of. I do run a reverse proxy but have done for years with no issues. Connection details are just my local ip and port 80. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk- ControlR (Android/iOS app for unRAID)

I've done this a few times now but recently my High Sierra refused to allow me to activate iMessage (only later I realised it was to do with the network card ordering mentioned below). I ended up just rebuilding the VM from scratch. The best guide I have found is here:- https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/an-idiots-guide-to-imessage.196827/ If you use a fresh VM then you need not do all the clearing of the library folders, otherwise clean out the ones mentioned in the article. Having a proper serial number and board UUID is also required, the guide takes you through it. You need one that Apple says is invalid as it just means it hasn't been registered yet (a good thing). Ensure if using an existing VM you have signed into iCloud with that you remove it from your list of devices via Find my device on the iCloud site. One thing is *really* important and that is that the ethernet connection it set as eth0. If you only have the virtual network adapter then it should be fine but if you have a wifi card as well for handoff then sometimes it can get mixed up. Also remember that using UI mode in unRAID causes manual edits to disappear from the XML. I sometimes forget this and then waste a few hours before realising. If you follow the steps in that article though it should be fine...- **VIDEO GUIDE** How to Install MacOS Mojave or High Sierra as a VM
I had an RX480 which is very similar and it worked fine without any graphical artifacts. The biggest issue though was the reset bug with AMD cards. If you reboot the VM then the card doesn't re-initialize properly and you have to hard reset the host. It was a complete PITA. There are work arounds when using Windows VMs which involve using startup and shutdown scripts to try to get the card to reset correctly but I ever got them to work. Whatever small issues I had with Nvidia before that were nowhere near as annoying so I switched back to a 1060.- [Support] binhex - SABnzbdVPN
Strangely I also had a sudden blank openvpn.vpn file after several months/years without any issues. Copied the new one as per above and all fine again. Odd though...- [Resolved] Primary GPU passthrough

You could try dumping your actual bios instead of a modified one? Just to see if it makes any difference? Think gridrunner shows it in one of his other videos Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk- **VIDEO GUIDE** How to Install MacOS Mojave or High Sierra as a VM
Well mine seems okay again now. According to Apple’s support doc they support 480s just fine. So the SMBIOS I had assumed had to be the iMac one from gridrunners video for some reason.
