I am away from my box this week traveling with work so i apologize in advance for not being able to provide a diagnostics file, but am curious if this is known/expected behavior or anything to be concerned with. Using version 6.0.1 with notifications set to 4 time a day. The 'parity check started' notification email was generated and received as expected (default setting of midnight/1st of month), then on the proper scheduled time a health status report email was generated and sent 20 minutes later which the contents are pasted below. How is the system 2% into a parity check yet all the array drives report to be in standby?? is there a built in delay or something? I plan to upgrade to v6.1 when i return home the end of the week, just want to make sure nothing needs to be fixed before i do. All subsequent notifications have been as expected. I to have same problem. Manually deleted plugin from flash and rebooted. Everything seems to come up ok now, minus the button plugin of course...

Why aren't you installing it from the GUI Install Plugins page? I'm still running V5 Somebody will correct me if I'm wrong but I don't think v6 plugins are backwards compatible with v5.

re purposed drive to experiment with cache pool now that V6 is final. precleared just fine and been running ok for a couple weeks now. this morning i see a notification warning of high command timeout: 188 Command Timeout 0x0032 100 099 000 Old age Always - 4295032834 never seen this before and wanna learn something. i don't know about the license being tied to the docker, i made the container for someone else a while back. i'll pm you the details on how to get it, i also don't know how to go from unpaid to paid. sparkly I too has a license for asset and would love to give your docker a try. May I? and would you tell me how I can get it please?

Just need to be sure before i goof it up more than it may be already.... Running fine on RC6, checked for updates on update page, downloaded new version and got the successful "reboot server message" here's where my hand slaps forehead.... I powered down. Is it safe to power up the box and the update should just run as expected or do I need to do something else first??

So do I understand this correctly? I can experiment with VM's and they should work on my system I just wont be able to pass through hardware as my processor doesn't support vt-d but does support vt-x? i3-550 #BX80616I3550 on a SUPERMICRO MBD-X8SIL-F

nevermind..... I didnt read the thread as thoroughly as I thought. I sure hope that what ever coordination needs to take place and agreed to can happen so the features like notifications that are built into V6 can be utilized. Never could get them to work with V5 so not getting any is something im used to..... This is definitely a very nice plugin. Thank You!

I got it set up and all seems to work as should with one exception,I get no option for mail. Systems notification are enabled in unraid and I do receive them. Is there something else I need to do?

Just curious It was kind of a pointless notification. Disks spin up during activity, they spin down when they are done. It's not an actionable event, so didn't make sense to keep reporting it. Ahh. Ok. Makes sense. Just after upgrading from 5 to 6 and being able to finally get notifications it was nice to have my server finally talking to me. ?

Since upgrading to b15 two days ago I no longer receive "array active" or "inactive" notifications. Health status notifications still arrive 4 times a day as scheduled. Any ideas what I can do?

I'm currently running 6b14, here's the steps i took on my system... 1. in dir boot/unmenu/packages I deleted the file bwm-ng-0.6-x86_64-4cf.txz [if i remember right it was zero bytes] 2. I then dowloaded and copied the .conf file from other post and overwrote existing 3. I then telnet in and restarted unmenu killall awk /boot/unmenu/uu 4. installed through unmenu package manager dont know if all the steps were needed but it worked for me.
