IllMethods
Hello I was wondering how we can get docks that aren't in the community plugins installed? Threadfin isn't in there but it is a much better version of xteve and is still in active development. It also allows to backup streams for channels just incase one goes down which I think is a really good feature plus actually buffers to ram instead of files. Any help would be appreciated. 1 Quote Link to comment
pharpe
Was wondering this myself. I'm using xteve now with marginal success. Would like to give Threadfin a try Quote Link to comment
jbear
I've tried to get this docker working in Unraid (installed from Docker Hub), could not get it working 100% correctly so I gave up. Would be nice to have a version that has been tweaked for Unraid. Edited August 25, 2023 by jbear 1 Quote Link to comment

BRiT
Yes you can. If you do a search with Community Apps it will show results from DockerHub that are not direct,y supported from the community. Quote Link to comment

kri kri
MIght be some options here > Can we get a docker for unraid? · Issue #122 · Threadfin/Threadfin (github.com) Edited September 13, 2023 by kri kri Quote Link to comment
scott2020
I created a Docker using the Docker hub. I added the path variables and it seems to work. I don't know if I need the dollar signs or not! I have stopped and started it a few times and the config saves. I also changed the advanced parameters WebUI to ipaddress:34400/web/ Quote Link to comment

ubermick
Adding my voice to this - an easy to install Threadfin container would be fantastic. Quote Link to comment
gabriel350
It seems that the guy that was working on threadfin is focusing on media server project Quote Link to comment
kumper33
As live TV has been deemed an essential service (tennis is on) by the CEO, I had to make the switch to Threadfin. Been rocking perfect for 2 hours now where xteve was looping back. Edited January 20 by kumper33 I can't spell 1 Quote Link to comment
kumper33
I only changed the port to 34401 as I still had Xteve running so I could copy paste the old settings over. Quote Link to comment
