This sounds more like there's an issue with either internet connectivity from your server. Previous Apps is what you want, but the error on the command would be what you want (just hit the download icon and then hit Apply on the next screen)

Probably one incompatible or way out of date. Best course of action would be to delete all the .plg files from /config/plugins on the flash drive, and then start reinstalling them after you add back CA

Rather than try and save the docker.img, just recreate it. Less hassles. Also, far easier rather than doing Add Container to add them back in one at a time to instead Apps, Previous Apps and check off what you want then hit Install.
