  1. With Jumbo frames, every device on the network that can communicate with each other has to have the same MTU settings. Switches, devices, everything has to be configured identically. Much easier to use the defaults unless every ounce of bandwidth is important to you. Once again though, I cannot comment specifically on whatever speed increase you might see in your specific case
  2. https://netcraftsmen.com/just-say-no-to-jumbo-frames/ Without commenting on specifics, Jumbo frames will always give you the highest possible speed at the cost of a maintenance and troubleshooting nightmare. Back in the day of dialup speeds over networks it likely made a noticeable difference. With today's speeds (and the hardware assisted offloading etc) it may only be a synthetic benchmark improvement.
  3. I think both you and the OP meant to say "Disabled" which makes everything faster
  4. ^^^ this But @Beardiful42 try setting static DNS addresses in Settings - Network Settings of 208.67.222.222 and 208.67.220.220
  5. Have you tried giving the system static DNS addresses in Settings - Network Settings (try 208.67.222.222 and 208.67.220.220)
  6. You also have to bear in mind that certain things (like fan speed) are highly dependent upon the various sensors being included (and more to the point being updated by the vendors themselves) which is outside of the control of the Dynamix authors And, since M$ can never seem to get sleep to actually work correctly even 20% of the time I tend to cut the authors here some slack. That being said, I am not a fan of some the dev choices made by the plugin author. Namely why is it necessary for autofan to insist on spamming everyone's log for fundamentally no reason.
  7. You'd want to post here https://forums.unraid.net/forum/94-my-servers-plugin-support/ But, tagging @ljm42 also Include your diagnostics at the same time and tag @Squid in the posting also
  8. Oct 9 07:06:06 deathstar Parity Check Tuning: Following drives overheated: disk7(131F) You really need to look at your cooling system. Best guess right now on the docker issues would be to stop the docker service (settings - docker), delete the image file (may need to be in advanced view), then re-enable then Apps, previous apps and check off whatever was there and hit install
  9. What browser? Does another browser operate differently?
  10. You should try upgrading to 6.11.1 if you haven't already. There's always driver improvements
  11. You can try simplifying the network a bit disable bonding in Settings - Network settings. Not necessary since there's only a single NIC Wouldn't hurt either to do a full network reboot (switches, router etc)
  12. Oct 8 13:11:55 bracservultra emhttpd: unclean shutdown detected Is your system crashing a lot? Have you run a memtest for a couple of passes?
  13. That page you linked included the applicable docker build command to execute. You would start from there.
  14. One way would be to set all of the containers to NOT autostart and in your script add in the following to start up the containers: docker start mosquitto docker start syncthing . . .
  15. You should #1 - check the date and time on your server #2 - Post your diagnostics
  16. Most likely it is working properly and recognizing the 32G. You can confirm via free -h This would be a display aberration which @bonienl would need to look at, but you would want to upgrade to 6.11.1 (if you're not already there) to see if there's any issues on that revision.
  17. You probably want to go to Settings - Notification Settings and disable Plugin Update Check (never check). Additionally, it would be well worth your while to upgrade to 6.11 as there have been multiple changes and fixes to timeouts etc related to navigating to the Plugins page
  18. Can you reply back with your diagnostics
  19. @Phil nappo Not 100% what your question is, but based on the linked post it would appear that you're attempting to install CA. If you're running Unraid 6.11 then there already is an Apps Tab that's always present and you simply need to go there and click the link in order to install CA. If you're attempting to manually install it, then you are not copying and pasting the entire URL as what you posted is merely a small part of the entire URL
  20. *Technically* it is not recommended to install any additional packages on the OS. However due to how the replacement NerdTools plugin now works, this test has to go bye-bye.
  21. Have you tried reseating the cabling to the drives (power & sata, both ends)
  22. 6.11.0 stable has been released for while now. You should update. The message which you're seeing is 100% correct.
  23. At the end of the day, most plugins do not actually require updates to maintain compatibility with OS versions. NerdPack and a few others however did. Whether or not a plugin has been updated recently does not imply that it does not work and there may be zero need for any further development or updates as time goes on. All major plugins are constantly checked for compatibility, and Fix Common Problems does alert you to running incompatible / deprecated. Apps itself when something needs attention has an "Action Centre" section that shows up when something needs you to do something. Because Apps is far more prevalent than FCP, plans are to move certain tests from FCP to instead be part of Apps, but there are technical issues because of how Apps operates vs FCP
  24. You have the Dynamix Schedules plugin installed. This adds another tab to the Schedules section which allows you to change the default times that hourly, daily, weekly, and monthly background task run at.
