  1. Here is the video where he confirms the investment is being developed by two former employees. I thought it was framework, but that was misunderstanding. It sounds like a new company
  2. Was just listening to LMG, he mentioned of a new Nas project being created by former unraid staffs in framework. I don't know how true it is, but he mentioned those staffs were mainly responsible for modernization of unraid. Pretty much everything I like about unraid over other Nas products. Any thoughts / info on what he's referring? Tried searching online but couldn't find much info....
  3. I got a fix common problem error saying "Your server has detected hardware errors." how can I troubleshoot what's causing it? it's been 9 days since the last boot, I don't think it's the initialization error ? zeus-diagnostics-20221205-1219.zip

  6. Thank you! I just exported the entire USB, and was able to access the flash, and see syslog. below is the syslog I got, was trying to read through, could not decipher what has caused the GUI to go offline overnight... syslog
  7. So, I enabled it, but my understanding is that it won't copy the syslog information until the reboot. if I'm having to do power cycle, I don't think syslog gets kept. am I misunderstanding? I couldn't access GUID this morning, so I resetted it via case's reset button, but now I can't find syslog anywhere...
  8. thanks, enabled it, will post it when it becomes unresponsive.
  9. I'm seeing a significant issue with my server where the webui is becoming non-responsive multiple times a day, until I reboot, it often happens AFTER login loads. I have no idea what's causing it after 5-10 minutes I get 500 INTERNAL SERVER ERROR. Could someone help me understand how to troubleshoot? I'm attaching the log I got zeus-diagnostics-20221123-1230.zip
  10. Thank you for this! it solved my problem!
  11. this fixed the issue, should have looked at the support page first
  12. can't even use SMB with the latest update...
  13. thanks!! been going crazy went through multiple docker resets, deleting container, deleting template, cleaning appdata, etc. now I know next time I should check to see if it's been updated.
  14. Anyone seen an issue where the temp location would not change from: /config/qBittorrent/downloads/temp for some reason my container started giving me this issue, and no matter what I do now (including reinstalling container) would not change it.
  15. I often get this warning from Fix common plugin that says "Share ABC set to use pool temp1, but files / folders exist on the temp2 pool", I then realized it's because I keep using krusader to move files between shares that uses cache drives. Although it's pretty easy manually move the files, I found this behavior pretty odd... shouldn't unraid be aware and move the file from one pool to another automatically??
  16. Anyone know how to test if port is opened? everything works perfectly, but upload is extremely slow
  17. I have a several windows VM on my unraid box, and when I run iperf test, the highest I get is 1.1gbit/sec (with MTU 9000 on both unraid/vm). on Windows vm, it does say I am on 10gbe nic. Any thoughts on what may be happening?
  18. what's interesting is that most of us probably already have the licenses, so we already have a way to pay you lol
  19. Started getting an error in my deluge, so I started looking into what may be an issue, then fix common problems mentioned "Download" share is full, but all of my drives have enough free space. I also tried deleting bunch of files, krusader mentioned that FS is read only.... I saw that the FS could be corrupt, but I couldn't find out which ones I may be having issues. Are there anyways to single out what issue I'm facing? zeus-diagnostics-20211018-0025.zip
  20. hi there! I set everything up, and seems like it's working, but then I just followed what spaceinvader had. Anyone know if that is the optimal setting for GTX970? I'm reading that older nvidia cards may not be optimal for H265 and wanted to see if I'm actually making my videos worse by doing this
  21. THANK YOU! It seems like I did configure it correctly!
  22. are there anyways to know if my GPU acceleration is working? camera feeds are working, but when I don't see any processes when I run "nvidia-smi" in the terminal (I do see drivers wattage info, etc). anythoughts on what I can do to troubleshoot?
  23. Any thoughts on the DAS Enclosures like this one? https://www.ebay.ca/itm/144051079271?hash=item218a1d0867:g:DbYAAOSwQ3Jdk88s I'm running out of spaces in my 24 bay enclosure, so thought I would expand it using DAS connect via SAS.
  24. hmm wonder what it is then, everytime I see it not working, it's saying there's a new version of it available. next time I will check how long ago the update became available
  25. is there anyways to automatically update unraidnet? every time I find it not working, and I go to the setting, and I see there is an update. once I update the plugin it works fine... I have auto update turned on, but it seems like it's not picking it up, or update is being released after auto update checks for a daily update.
