"currentSrc" (or the file content.js) doesn't exist within Apps (or AFAICT on anything else within Unraid or plugins).  Odds on, a browser extension is causing issues here by injecting code

Uncaught Error: Something went badly wrong!get_categories

and there is 2 of that same error message

it is incredibly weird because the CA works if I sign in on my phone but not if I sign in on my computer

Edited by terribletues

I had the same issue.  It was my NordVPN causing the issue.  Turned it off and all is good

The way to diagnose is to disable all extensions or run the browser in incognito mode.  If it works, then it's an extension causing the issue.  And IMO any extension which is interfering with CA's browser <--> server communication is an extension that should not be present.

If / when the error ever appears, then right click and choose inspect and the console section of the window that pops up will show the error and from that I can confirm.

OTOH, it's this "feature" of Nord that is causing the issue

• More than a VPN proxy extension Be safer online with our VPN Chrome extension. NordVPN’s unique Threat Protection Lite feature will block intrusive ads and websites hosting malware.

There are ZERO ads within Unraid, and nothing that is malware.  Try whitelisting the server and see if it still continues

Have removed the NordVPN extensions from both Firefox and Edge. Have turned off the NordVPN in Windows. Still getting the same "Something really wrong went on during get_content" error on both browsers despite having rebooted.

Is there a way to disable the `External Link` warning entirely?

No.  You'll need to select "don't show again" for each domain that it pops up on

RE: Javascript errors

This is something akin to "Can't fix what ain't broke".  IE: I cannot replicate at all.

If anyone that has this happening to them and is willing to install TeamViewer onto their computer so I can remote in and see what is going on, drop me a PM

Something really wrong went on during get_content
I'm having this same issue

Has there been a fix for this?
I have tried using chrome and firefox. Clearing cache/cookies and reboot.

jcofer55 and Kilrah both tried to help me in the discord. Link is my initial question & more screen shots.

This appears to be NordVPN (or another extension interfering with the communication).  I have an idea and will release an update later today, but in the meantime you should disable NordVPN when on the OS, and wouldn't be a bad idea to ask them why they feel its ok to tamper with responses from server side to the browser.

I have had so many problems with nord making things complicated. Honestly I’m gonna go turn off auto renewal.

Hello,

Just updated CA and now I'm getting this message when searching for an app, it appears to operate normally when just browsing. :(

Thanks,

Thanks! Changing the sort at all allows the search to work, this is decent work around until it's fixed.

Here the same error. And the same behavior: When clicking on "Name Descending" the search result appears.
