Because I wasn't sure if it was a bug, I posted it in the NFS support section, but did not receive any response. Therefore, I am reporting this issue in the bug section. unraid version: 6.12.10 pve version: 8.0/8.1/8.2 upgrade from 6.12.3 to version 6.12.10 using-nfs-for-proxmox-after-file-changed-the-mount-disconnect

I noted that my trial key expires message is showing incorrect data after expiring. It appears to be counting up - this time is always increasing. Here, we see a screenshot of the trial key expires at May 23rd 23:41 - and note that it is May 24th today. I would expect that it would show a expired message, or that it expired x number of hours ago. I also tried this with and without my custom theme without this changing. Marking as minor because it does

Hi, Another day, another problem haha. Since the update to 6.12 (Rc6 was OK) my webui stop working correctly. The webui stop refreshing itself automaticaly (need F5 to refresh data on screen). Then finally, nginx crashes and the interface stops responding (on port 8080 for me). I have to SSH into the server to find the nginx PID, kill it and then start nginx. Ive set a syslog server earlier but i dont find anything relative to this except:

Any time I try backing up files from my phone to a SMB share in Unraid it crashes SMB with the bellow error. I have a stock SMB config, no changes. I create a public share, I mount it on my phone, and start backing up, it will crash very soon after. While performing a parity check, a kernel bug appeared in the System Log and the parity check stalls. Attaching Diagnostics and pasting call trace from System Log below. I've tried restarting, powering down completely, but the kernel bug always appears within the first hour or two of the parity check. This started a few days ago when I woke up one morning and the GUI was inaccessible and I had to restart with server manually without a clean shutdown. One other thing to note that duri

Hi all, Let me know if there is a better avenue to report issues with the Unraid website. I jumped on get some info on using the console and one of the links is broken. From the Console FAQ > Click the Terminal Access page hyperlink. https://docs.unraid.net/legacy/FAQ/console/ https://docs.unraid.net/legacy/FAQ/console/terminal-access.md/ Edit to add: If you click the hyperlink in the menu on the left, it loads fine

Guess I finally realized there was an update (or three) and decided to try it. 6.9.2 to 6.12.10. But afterwards, the two drives I have attached to a Broadcom / LSI SAS3008 controller were not included in the array. (All others were.) I could mount them, and I tried to add them back but they were then listed as 'wrong'. I was able to look at files on the drives when mounted. I ran drive checks and didn't see any errors. I was able to revert back to 6.9.2 and I was able to add the drives bac

Power outage caused my server to shutdown gracefully. I turned it on normally (via IPMI) and this shows up. Docker & VM don't work (obviously). Not sure if safe to update to latest release or not? I have backups on the array so I can fix it worst case scenario. I put the array in maintenance mode and don't get any errors/warnings. Cache is in BTRFS mirror mode. Scrub didn't show anything. Filesystem check didn't show anything.

acupsd.org seems not to exist any more (but rather is being forwarded to sourceforge). The link in the ups settings which leads to http://apcupsd.org/manual/manual.html doesn't work any more.

A few days ago I deleted a share called "Arq". Today I was shocked to discover that the "domains" share had been altered. At least two settings were mysteriously copied from the deleted share to the "domains" share: Comments and Primary storage settings. The "domains" share was previously set to never move to the array. Now it was suddenly set to move all to array. Luckily, the mover had taken no action. That is probably because all the files on the share were in use by a running VM.

Issue: I use a Docker container called Traefik. It is a revers proxy that listens on port 80 and 443. All was working when I configured and started it in the previous release. Now I can't start up Traefik any more because it says the ports are in use. Workaround: When changing the http/s ports for Unraid UI I can start Traefik with port 80 and 443. Once Traefik is running I can change back the ports for the Unraid UI.

Noticed a bug in 6.11.5 that apparently prevents Wireguard tunnels from working with IPv6 only. How to reproduce: Go to Settings -> VPN Manager, enter local name, generate keys, enter endpoint, click "apply". Toggle "Advanced" mode, set "Network protocol" to "IPv6 only", click "apply". Click "add peer", enter name, generate keypair, click "apply". Try to set the "inactive" toggle to "active", notice it jumps right back to "inactive". Th

Greetings, My two virtual machines, Home Assistant and Pihole, regularly shutdown about every 4-5 days. It has happened about half a dozen times. Sometimes it is both VMs, others it is just Pihole. When this happens I also receive email notification that "/bin/sh: fork: retry: Resource temporarily unavailable" for: user root /usr/local/emhttp/plugins/dynamix/scripts/monitor &> /dev/null user root /usr/local/emhttp/plugins/recycle.bin/scripts/get_t

Server is still connected to network. Not accessible via network shares or web access. Server is only running shares and plex. Happens consistently and requires a force shutdown to resolve. Reverting to an earlier version. Planning to revert hardware as well. Unraid Version: 6.12.10 Mobo: ASUSTeK COMPUTER INC. OS 6.12.10 I ran diagnostics which are attached. shareDisks.txt lists multiple storage drives where the appdata share exists. My settings for appdata are cache only with no secondary. When looking at Shares --> appdata --> location column, they're where they should be, in cache. What am I missing? tower-diagnostics-20240505-1508.zip

I recently did some hardware changes and decided to remove one of mine NVMe controllers from the VFIO bind. I created later on a pool with 2 MVME-disks on it. But i made a mistake. I did forget that the NVME-controller was still assigned to one of my VM's. I think this is a bug because there is normally no option to bind a PCI device that is unavailable because it's not binded at VFIO. Fortunately enough I managed to recover my pool because it was on Raid 1.

So, I hate reaching out for help. And I’m not a whiz. But his problem is persistent. About a year ago, after about a year of no problems. “BELOW ARE THE SYMPTOMS.” Unraid will boot, run for about 12 - 24 hours, reboot, and Lock up/freeze (no response no matter how you try connect). There have been no changes. Before and current status I’ll mention is a Plex server and it’s supported dockers (deluge, radarr, sonarr)) which are all stopped. I’ve installed fix commo

Updated my main unraid server. At the end i got this information in the log. And it still growing. I did reboot again after the update, but is still there. This is no warning, just some information, but like to know what it means Something I should be worried about or is this just some info in the new Kernel? Can i hide this or is it a easy fix for this? EDIT: This has something to do with the SMB share. I just shutdown the containers that i know are using
