A VM passthrough that had been working up to 6.12.4 inclusive (relevant config files/screenshots attached)W10.xml no longer works with 6.12.6 (I skipped .5, but from the release notes I suspect the issue was introduced there). I'm seeing server crashes roughly once a day after going from 6.12.4 to 6.12.6. My symptoms are exactly the same as in this bug report: I can ping the machine and the console is responsive, but when I try to log in it just freezes after I enter the username. I get "504 Gateway Time-out" nginx errors on the web interface, and none of the dockers are responsive. Diagnostics attached. As far as I can tell I don't have realtek or adaptec hardware. Hi all, I have been experiencing some (what looked like) "random" file deletion in a share. Basically, I have a "downloads" share where several dockers leave their download files (whether torrents or otherwise). Had no problem whatsoever before 6.12. This was on a separate cache pool having a unique cache drive. I was moving files manually when and if required. The version is 6.12.6. Recently, I changed the file system of disks in Arrary from xfs to zfs. After that, every time when I open the Main tab, all spundown disks in Array are spun up. I check the File Activity Monitoring and none of read or write to the disk can be found. Thus, I guess the WebUI awakes the disks.

When default thresholds are set, UI does not allow me to override them on individual devices. I think this is UI only bug as `value` attribute in `input` html tag is wrongly generated (or conflicts with something else e.g. javascript): This should work under normal conditions, but there might be some javascript code that prevents the input (I've not checked). If I change the html attribute from value to value="" like so:

I have a media center NAS. It works flawlessly all day long for plex, transfers, general utilities etc. Even under quite heavy load (4-5 streams) it chugs along. But it "crashes" every night. I've done extensive diagnosis and experimentation, and eliminated almost everything, including rebuilding the config from scratch multiple times. Hello, I've been trying for days to upgrade to 6.12.x and the server does upgrade without any issues. However, I have a seemingly random timeframe before it locks up and does not ever respond to pings again. I have to powercycle it to get it running again. Updated recently to 6.12.6 (from 6.9.2) and after 5 days of uptime all user shares disappeared. The GUI is still accessable but the it shows 0 user shares. I narrowed it down to this error in the log: Jan 16 16:56:56 Tower-II shfs: shfs: ../lib/fuse.c:1450: unlink_node: Assertion `node->nlookup > 1' failed. It seems ever since that error all shares just disappeared. Never had such issues with 6.9.2 (uptime continuously for two years without restart). tower-ii-diagnostics-20240117

My Unraid server hangs when I stop or edit docker containers. And won't be normal unless force restart, even restart from ui or shell hangs forever. When docker hangs, commands like `ls /mnt`, `ls /mnt/user`, `lsof`, `df -h` won't response. I tried remove docker.img, recreated my containers, still the same. I first posted regarding this in the prerelease section here but just testing and reporting for 6.10. See the initial bug report for more details. Summary: TimeMachine completes one backup but then cannot mount that sparsebundle for future backups. This error is being reported by multiple unraid and synology users.

Unfortunately I do not have any diagnostics files from during this issue as the system insta-reboots when this issue occurs and leaves no logs at all. I recently enabled link bonding (active/backup) on unRAID 6.12.6 between a dual port Intel 10Gb/s XFP module (ixgbe driver) using eth0, and the onboard gigabit Intel NIC (igb driver) at eth2. Hello there, today I observed a very strange behaviour of the system. I have an external USB box with four HDD in it (ICY BOX IB-3640SU3 External 4 Bay JBOD System for 3.5) - one disk is for the parity, two are for data (part of the array) and the last one is used to store my NVR recordings - it is a special type NVR disk and is NOT a member of the array (I don't need constant party calculation for NVR files). I had two 2TB NVME SSDs mirrored as my cache pool. It showed the SIZE = 2TB, USED = 0 and FREE = 2TB in the dashboard. After adding another 1TB NVME SSD to the cache it shows SIZE = 2.5TB, USED = 0 and FREE = 2TB (not 2.5TB as I would expect). Any reason for this?

I have binhex-qbittorrent setup, and I am routing some other containers (firefox + prowlarr) through that VPN container with "--network=container:binhex-qbittorrentvpn". On the Firefox and Prowlarr containers I have network type set to none. What has been happening recently, I think as far back as 6.12.3 is that it will randomly start showing port mappings from other unrelated containers (usually a container thats had a recent change, like recently installed, or recently upgraded).

Loading the dashboard gui with vm's that have cdrom drives attached causes the drive holding iso to spinup. The vm does not need to be started and can be hidden using started only and it will still happen. Not really a bug but unnecessary annoyance. Story, i kept seeing my machine spin up a drive whenever i logged in, used inotifywait to check what was being accessed. Unmapped all iso from vms, no more drive spinup.

This relates to an issue I had - see Unraid provides a gui interface to NFS config - in particular the ability to specify a rule for private access. If there is any problems with the rule then exportfs -r may generate an error and no shares are exported - but NFS services seem to be running. The UUID in the cookie might be from a Docker application. When the cookie contains a UUID, starting any virtual machine results in an error: 'Domain not found: no domain with matching uuid 'uuid''. Upon inspecting the code, it was found that the UUID is obtained through unscript(_var($_REQUEST,'uuid')). Is it possible to filter out the value of the cookie?

I just used the new update os screen and found it confusing. First, there is no update os button on the screen. only things to click on were next, view release notes. Thinking next was to go to the next screen, I click there first. This took me to the prereleases. I would recommend changing this from next to dev release or prerelease or some similar nomenclature. So next i clicked on the view release notes. That brings up the update button. I would not have expected it to work that

In VPN Manager under Network Services in the Settings tab, when you create a new peer and say, put it as "Remote tunneled access", the settings (by clicking the "eye" icon") will show a DNS entry. If you then change the Peer type of access to LAN hub & Spoke access, the DNS entry remains in the settings when it shouldn't (and can cause issues by being there). The server freezes every few days and can only be restarted from the button. The same behavior is happening since 6.12.1 with all versions until 6.12.6. I have tested all releases from 6.12.1 until the latest and have always reverted back to 6.11.5 which seems very stable. I cannot generate the diagnostics as the server is not responsive.
