  1. Hi, wandering if anyone can help. My docker image keeps filling up, and crafty seems to be the culprit, I initially thought it was due to my mappings, but I had fixed this (or so I thought) and my docker image size decreased, however it has slowly been filling up again and I can't for the life of me figure out why. I can provide any required information, on request. Thanks, - Myles
  2. Hi Squid, Thanks for your response. This is what I see when clicking Container Size, this does still lead me to think that it's crafty that's causing the issues, but all paths are okay as far as I can work out, so can't figure out what's causing it to bloat so often. When I thought I fixed the issue, my docker image size went back down considerably, but it's been slowly filling up again and it's at 93% at present. Thanks, - Myles
  3. Hi all, My docker image keeps filling up, after I've gone through and checked all my docker mappings etc, I thought it was an issue with the binhex-crafty docker I have writing to a directory that doesn't exist but after fixing that it still keeps filling up. I'm not evening using tons of dockers either. I've attached my diagnostics and if someone can point in the right direction, it'll be greatly appreciated! Thanks, - Myles unknownserver-diagnostics-20221030-1801.zip
  4. Hi both, Thanks for your responses, I did stumble across a couple of reports of this happening but wanted to be sure it was the same thing! I've applied the suggest fix from the thread that JorgeB linked, so we'll see how it goes. Thanks, - Myles
  5. Hi, Bit of a random one that I've not been able to figure out, I keep getting notifications of my SSD heating up recently, however I'm not sure what's hitting it at that level to make it get so hot. I've checked all the logs I can find, there doesn't seem to be any particular triggers or scheduled events that are happening to heat it up. I've attached my diagnostics file as well. Thanks, - Myles unknownserver-diagnostics-20221011-2117.zip
  6. [SOLVED] Followed the steps in this comment on the linuxserver - plex thread and made sure that I had cleared all open browser/device sessions too as it didn't work first time, but after closing the sessions and following the steps in that comment, it's worked perfectly. Thanks, - Myles
  7. Does anyone have any ideas on this ? I've still not been able to fix it, and don't want to have to change over to a different docker as it's already been said that the Linuxserver version is absolutely fine. Thanks, - Myles
  8. That's fair enough, I just can't get my head round why my install just will not keep remote access enabled. I've also attached my plex server log as well incase there's anything there that someone can pick out. Thanks, - Myles Plex Media Server.log
  9. Hi Hoopster, Thanks for the suggestions ! Unfortunately, these did not work and I'm still having the same issue. When clicking retry to establish connection, it'll say it's connected for a short time and then say that it's not available outside my network again. I don't know if it's an issue with the linuxserver version, as I installed the binhex version of the docker and it worked fine. I just really dont want to have to switch over Thanks, - Myles
  10. Hi all, Background is that I was trying to give my dad access to my plex library, only for him to tell me that it tells him it's unavailable. After investigation I find that in the Plex UI, it says that the server isn't available outside my network as per attached. I've hit retry lots of times, I've manually set a port myself in the Plex UI, ensured manual port forwarding is correct on my router, reinstalled the docker (I use linuxserver version), reset my server, reset my router, reset the docker lots, tried all the troubleshooting methods on Plex's support pages. UPnP is enabled on my router, and there is a rule in place for Plex, I just can't seem to figure it out. When I retry, it will say that it's connected and available outside the network, and then around 10 seconds afterwards it'll go off again. I can access it through a browser via a subdomain I have set up, and still access it via local.host:32400. I've attached my server diagnostics as well. Has anyone got any ideas at all ? Thanks, - Myles unknownserver-diagnostics-20221001-1526.zip
  11. Hi ich777, I currently have a minecraft terminal 'window' open on the monitor that's connected directly to my server and would usually display bios/boot process, using the docker exec -u minecraft -ti [YOURCONTAINERNAME] screen -xS Minecraft command. Is there a way to exit this and go back to the unraid console log in ? Thanks in advanced!
  12. Hi JorgeB, Just wanted to update that this has been resolved. Will change topic name to solved. Thanks
  13. Hi all, So I recently moved my unraid to new hardware, one of the things I changed to was an i3-12100 so that I can use iGPU for unraid itself and connect a screen to the VGA output so that I can log into the terminal if needed. This has worked and upon booting up the server, it went through the loading process and ended up on the log in screen. However the output has gone to sleep due to inactivity and I am unable to wake it by pressing any of the keys on the keyboard etc, is there a way this can be done via the unraid UI ? Thanks
  14. Currently I have my 6.9.2 server set up with a W10 VM that I use for gaming/daily driving, the VM is set to not auto start. Previously I was able to use the keyboard in the terminal should I wish/need to, before starting the VM up. Last night at some point my server randomly crashed, couldn't access GUI or plex etc. which in itself isn't an issue, just rebooted this morning and checked it on the way to work via my phone to see if there were any drive issues etc. All drives seemed okay and the system was doing a parity check as expected. I tried to log into the GUI on my phone this evening to see how the parity check went but it extremely slow/unresponsive. I was then able to access the log in page to my server on my laptop, but when I logged in it became slow/unresponsive again. I then tried to SSH into the server and use powerdown -r to reboot but after 10-15 mins, server was still up and the terminal window hadn't updated. So I hard reset (not what I wanted to do but at this point I didn't have any choice), and its booted up okay, parity check has started again and can access the GUI via my phone & laptop just fine. The issue that I've found however, when my monitor shows the terminal screen after it's finished booting, my USB mouse & keyboard aren't detected/recognized (I can tell due to no RGB cycling). This is a new issue as previously they were usable until the VM took over the USB controller that's passed through. Is there any reason why this would not be the case now ? Apologies for the long winded back story, but just wanted to give some background as to how I got to this point. I've also attached diagnostics that I've just taken. I have set up the logs to be written to flash on shutdown etc so hopefully there's something in there that'll help. unknownserver-diagnostics-20220421-1922.zip
  15. After following your guide to set up NGINX Proxy Manager (I previously used swag for Nextcloud), I got this set up with relative ease. Thanks for the tutorials
  16. Hi all, hope we're all well. I'm using zocker160 repo version of the docker just as many others are, I use a 1050ti for plex transcoding and had previously used it to rip a DVD to my server using NVENC on the previous docker image that got deprecated. The issue I am having at the moment is that when using NVENC my videos come out extremely distorted as per screenshot. I am using the HQ 576p25 Surround preset with no adjustments, I have the --runtime=nvidia in extra parameters and my DVD is passed through as a device in the docker template. I have two instances of handbreak installed, the jlesage/handbrake repo version works flawlessly using CPU only. Does anyone have any ideas ? If any further information is required then I'll be happy to provide it. EDIT: I have also just found that whilst encoding, the progress bar gets to 50% and then says encoding done and stops. TIA, Myles
  17. Thanks for the plug in. I'm seeing differences of around 5-6 degrees, between Dynamix System Temp and the temperature reported in CoreFreq. Which is more accurate ? Thanks
  18. He’s had a move around of cables etc and is trying the rebuild again, so far so good !
  19. He’s said that the drive had started clicking so has to power down and disconnected and reconnect all the cables. He then started the array and started the rebuild and has provided the attached zip tower-diagnostics-20211005-1549.zip
  20. That’s what we thought as well, but when trying to rebuild that’s when the issues have started. Agree that it looks like a connection problem from the sys log snippet. The drive is connected to an LSI HBA, I want to say 9211, it’s definitely one that’s on the hardware list on the wiki, we were careful to check that. There are 5 drives total connected to it and it’s just this one with issues. The power is connected by a molex-sata splitter, so could be an issue there perhaps ?
  21. Please find attached new diagnostics zip. Apologies, as per first post I’m posting on behalf of a friend at the moment Really appreciate the help ! tower-diagnostics-20211005-1419.zip

  23. To follow up from this... We stopped unbalance, removed the duplicate files using MC, tried to rebuild the disk and that's when we enter into a loop of rebuilding, drive going offline, doing a read-check, it passing, smart test's passing and then repeat. Today whilst starting to do the rebuild once more before my freind replaces the drive all together, I noticed this in the logs: Anyone have any ideas at all ? Thanks in advance
