There could always be some data loss after a filesystem repair, it depends how corrupt it is, most times there isn't any or anything relevant, check for a lost+found folder after it finishes.

Same issue, Realtek driver support has only been iffy with Linux, I would recommend getting an Intel NIC if possible.

Possibly the USB adapter doesn't support over 2TiB.

Not quite clear what you want to do, there are two options: 1) rebuild on top of the old disk, this is usually the recommended option unless the emulated disk is not mounting. 2) do a new config to re-enable the disk but you'll need to re-sync parity. As for the error, the disk dropped offline, this is usually a power/connection problem.

Stock Unraid won't spin down SAS devices, you can try the SAS spin down plugin, for the network issue please post the diagnostics.
