Mine works fine -  have you tried re-installing from scratch or trying a new directory to install to?

In fact, I did fo a fresh install. Over the past few days, I have had a few minor isues and decided to do a fresh USB install of 5rc16b, previously I had been using 5brc15a. I had not logged into CP since I had upgraded from 5b14 to 5rc15a. I even changed the install directory since the previous one had a small grammatical error that was driving me nuts. I'm a tad OCD about some things. That said, I will change the install directory again and try it again.

... although I am having an issue with Headphones. I don't use it very often so I couldn't tell you how long it's been the way it is. It says that it is running, but when I go to the website for it I get an page not found error. Is that similar to your issue, or something different?

Hi all,

I have the htpcmanager, sabnzbd and sickbeard plugins all working great, but i just cant get couchpotato to work. I have it installed in /mnt/user/apps/couchpotato_v2 and i have gone through the setup, but two things i cant seem to get it to do. First is set a quality profile. the settings page has a blank profile name, so i put "default" as the name and when i tried to select qualities to add to the profile, the drop list is blank. Secondly, i tried to add my existing library (some 2600 movies) to CP but i cant find the manage settings screen to add the folder. I must be doing something wrong, just cant work out what that is! As it stands, CP is installed, but is useless and will not allow me to add movies to the watchlist.

Could someone advise?

Thanks

I just downloaded the latest sickbeard_unplugged.plg and installed it fine.  For whatever reason, it is not wanting to start though.  Here is the output:

Advice?

After about 3 hours, I figured out that the GUI settings for the plugin had gotten clobbered somehow and the installdir was missing.  I corrected that and now the plugin will start just fine.

Any chance of getting the Transmission plugin upgraded to 2.80 (which finally introduces the ability to rename files and folders for a torrent)?

That sounds like a great idea, looking at the plg file looks like you all you need to do is change a download link and alter a destination for the package but I know next to nothing about plugin code lol.

Hi there,

It seems like my files for plugins are being re-downloaded every time i startup my Unraid server.

This takes a while since my internet connection isn't that fast. I have attached a syslog file, if someone could please offer some advise on how to fix this problem. I had a quick look through it, I don't see where it is downloading the files again, but I can definitely observe it in terminal when it boots up.

"Receiving objects: 100% 22485/22485), 8.92 MiB | 153KiB/s, done" for example

Kind regards

Nokoff

Hi there,

I have the following two problems:

-SABNZBD plugin doesn't shut down when I stop the array. I always have to shutdown it manually, which is suboptimal if you are testing a lot.

-Mylar plugin doesn't startup properly if the array goes up. It will hang and stop other plugins and the emhttp to start.

Any help appreciated.

Thanks for caring

JC

Thank you for your sickbeard_alt link you posted brimnac i must have missed it on my google search before i had posted.

Problem i am facing now is how to post process both instances and i'm running master and anime development branch.

I know couple people doind same just wondering how you skipped this hurdle

I just logged on to ask the same thing :) is there any chance mr influencer

Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk 2

is it possible to update transmission to the latest version?

i have few issues with current version of transmission.

1. queue order are not restored when server restart

2. all torrent queue for download are paused after server restart

3. transmission error spams system logs

thanks.

I have misinterpreted the instructions and set the install directory to my cache drive and left data directory unmarked for sabnzbd and sickbeard. Is this a problem? My usb with unraid on don't seem to get a lot of writes and reads (does barely move at all) and everything is working fine. I can't see that sabnzbd or sickbeard is using any files on the usb. Is there an easy way to fix this or should I just leave it?

That will be a problem because after a reboot you will have lost all configuration of the software and will have to start again.

Well this is whats confusing me. The server has been configured like this for a long time and everything is working great, all configs are stored on the cache drive and no settings are lost. Sabnzbd, Couchpotato and sickbeard (from influencer) is configured this way...

Mine is set up the same. The checkbox is purely an override to install the data in a different directory, if left blank will be installed in the same directory as above. That's my assumption anyway, hopefully correct.

Is there any wAY to prevent SAB and Sickbeard being re-downloaded every time i reboot my server? I don't have the connection speed to make this a viable option.

Please, thanks.

Is it possible to install two instances of CouchPotato? I want to keep mine and my brother's list separate, how would I go about doing this?

This thread is becoming unwieldy, is it not time to separate out each plugin?

anyway...this is related to Couch Potato V2:

sooo, not really had a chance to play with this too much yet, but started looking at it today and i noticed that the versions are out to the official website.

Currently CP2 is on version 2.1 : https://couchpota.to/updates/changelog.html

and if i look in the web gui it has a very long alphanumeric version, but by looking in the installation folder in unRaid, it appears to be version 2.0.7...I can also tell this because of the torrent providers have increased to include hdbits.

I've looked at the .plg file and it takes the install files from https://github.com/RuudBurger/CouchPotatoServer, which is surely correct. Is there another location it should be pointing to? I can go ask on their forums, but was wondering if anyone has managed to get the latest version, or is this the latest "build from source" version?

I was wondering, since most apps (CP, Sab, SB) are using 2.6.6 of python, is there a way to get two copies running on unRAID at load time? PlexConnect requires 2.7 and I wanted to have that enabled to make full use of PlexConnect. If there is I would love to know what I point to and how to do it.

I tried adding the txz file to the extra folder but on reboot it still only installed 2.6.6. Beyond that, if they are both installed how would I tell PlexConnect to use 2.7?

Currently I just say in my GO file "python folder/PlexConnect.py"

I'm having trouble with the Maraschino plug-in. I run with Couch Potato, Sickbeard, Mylar, MySQL, Plex Media Server, APC UPS, Transmission, Headphones and SABnzbd. Also occasionally XBMC Salud but I think I'm running out of memory so this one is often not up and running.

Anyway, when I boot up, Maraschino starts and says it's running (pid file created) but no process is created and when I go to the webpage, nothing comes up.

To fix it, I have to click on the Maraschino "upgrade PLG" button. This deletes Python 2.7.3 (which I suspect Plex is installing) and installs 2.66. It also seems to reinstall the other dependencies but I think the issue is Python - I think. Downgrading Python doesn't seem to cause any problems with any of the other apps interestingly...

Anyway, does anybody else have this problem? Any work arounds?

can someone tell me how to remove sab completely from my server? I would like to start from the beginning. It keeps showing me nzb empty error.
